研究目的：

探索额叶组穴针刺治疗的卒中后认知障碍的有效性及安全性。采用回顾性队列研究设计，收集2018年1月至2023年12月在内蒙古国际蒙医医院五疗、康复科治疗的卒中后认知障碍的患者，根据其是否使用额叶组穴针刺治疗,将其分为额叶组穴针刺治疗组和非额叶组穴针刺治疗组,对比2组认知障碍改善情况（MMSE,英文的全称是什么）及不良事件等，评估额叶组穴针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍的有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness and safety of post-stroke cognitive impairment treated with Mongolian Acupoint Acupuncture at Frontal Lobe. Patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment of this Aretrospective cohort study was from the Department of Five Therapies and Rehabilitation of Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Medical Hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 and classify them into treatment group with the frontal lobe acupuncture and non-treatment group with the frontal lobe acupuncture and then compare the improvement of cognitive impairment (MMSE) and adverse events of the two groups to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of frontal lobe acupoints in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment. The efficacy and safety of frontal lobe acupoint acupuncture for the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment were evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《卒中后认知障碍管理专家共识2021》诊断标准的卒中后认知障碍诊断；②卒中后非痴呆症性认知障碍至卒中后痴呆症，或血管性痴呆症（VaD），或脑神经退行性病变如阿尔茨海默病（AD）在卒中后6个月内进展引起的认知障碍等各种程度的认知功能障碍。③18 岁≤年龄≤75岁； ④认知功能障碍程度：MMSE得分9分至27分之间的患者。（痴呆严重程度分级：轻度MMSE≥21分，中度MMSE10-20分，重度MMSE≤9分。）⑤生命体征正常，精神状态良好；⑥能够理解并配合完成研究，自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosis of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment (PSCI) in accordance with the "2021 Expert Consensus on the Management of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment."② Cognitive impairment ranging from non-dementia cognitive disorders to post-stroke dementia vascular dementia (VaD) or cognitive impairment due to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) that has progressed within six months post-stroke. ③Age between 18 and 75 years.④Degree of cognitive impairment: Patients with MMSE scores between 9 and 27. (Dementia severity classification: Mild MMSE ≥ 21 Moderate MMSE 10-20 Severe MMSE ≤ 9.)⑤ Normal vital signs and stable mental state. ⑥Ability to understand and cooperate with the study voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①妊娠期或哺乳期女性； ②近 2个月服用过镇静、兴奋性药物及静脉注射麻醉药物；③存在神经精神系统家族遗传病史；④脑外伤、神经精神病史，心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能损害以及恶性肿瘤；⑤存在药物依赖； ⑥畏针及晕针者； ⑦存在磁共振扫描禁忌症如体内植入金属、人工耳蜗或幽闭恐惧症等。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant or breastfeeding women.② Use of sedatives stimulants or intravenous anesthetics within the last two months.③Family history of neuropsychiatric hereditary diseases.④History of head injury neuropsychiatric disorders significant impairment of vital organ function (such as heart lung liver or kidney) or presence of malignant tumors.⑤Drug dependence.Fear of needles or history of needle phobia. ⑥Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) such as the presence of metallic implants cochlear implants or claustrophobia.
