研究目的：

①观察中医八段锦以及穴位按摩对溃疡性结肠炎患者疲劳的有效性和安全性。 ②达到改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的心理健康状况以及生活质量的目的。

Objectives of Study：

① To observe the efficacy and safety of Baduanjin and acupoint massage in the treatment of fatigue in patients with ulcerative colitis. ② To improve the mental health and quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①经电子结肠镜和病理确诊，符合2018年修订的《炎症性肠病诊断和治疗的共识意见》中的溃疡性结肠炎的诊断标准； ②患者自诉有疲乏症状，且2008年汉化版的中文版多维疲劳量表（MFI-20）评分≥20分； ③轻、中度的活动期以及缓解期的患者，改良Mayo评分≤10分； ④年龄≥18周岁； ⑤初中以上文化； ⑥签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Confirmed by electronic colonoscopy and pathology, it meets the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis in the consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease revised in 2018; ② The patient complained of fatigue symptoms, and the score of MFI-20 in Chinese version in 2008 was ≥ 20; ③ The modified Mayo score ≤ 10 points for patients in mild and moderate active phase and remission phase; ④ Age ≥ 18 years old; ⑤ Junior high school or above; ⑥ Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①并发严重的心、肝、肾、呼吸、消化等其他系统疾病者； ②并发关节、皮肤、眼、口腔等严重肠外表现或已行手术治疗者； ③关节炎等运动系统疾病患者； ④皮肤存在破溃、瘢痕、结痂不宜进行按摩者； ⑤按摩局部皮肤过敏或患有皮肤病的患者； ⑥精神疾病患者； ⑦正在参与其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, digestive and other system diseases; ② Complicated with severe extraintestinal manifestations such as joints, skin, eyes and mouth, or having undergone surgical treatment; ③ Patients with arthritis and other motor system diseases; ④ Those whose skin is broken, scarred or scabby and should not be massaged; ⑤ Massage patients with local skin allergy or skin diseases; ⑥ Patients with mental illness; ⑦ Patients participating in other clinical trials.

通过SPSS软件，产生90个随机数字，将符合纳排标准的90例患者的信息遵循1:1:1的比率，按照编号顺序从小到大分为3组，第一组为1到30号，第二组为31到60号，第三组为61到90号，每组各分为30例，分别装入3个密封不透光的信封中，3个信封依次分别对应八段锦组、穴位按摩组以及八段锦联合穴位按摩组。
