研究目的：

本研究通过对一例既往肌萎缩侧索硬化症合并多重耐药菌感染的男性患者服用桑椹蒲公英饮料和五指毛桃红枣植物饮品改善临床感染症状的研究及6周的随访过程，以确定和评估桑椹蒲公英饮料和五指毛桃红枣植物饮品对患者多重耐药菌感染的辅助治疗效果。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to determine and evaluate the adjuvant therapeutic effect of mulberry dandelion drink and five finger peach jujube plant drink on a male patient with previous amyotrophic lateral sclerosis complicated by multidrug-resistant bacterial infection, by studying the improvement of clinical infection symptoms through the use of mulberry dandelion drink and five finger peach jujube plant drink, and a 6-week follow-up process.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

第一疗程患者于2023.8.28-2023.10.28开始服用五指毛桃红枣植物饮品，第二疗程2024.1.26-2024.7.10阶段性服用五指毛桃红枣植物饮品和桑椹蒲公英饮料。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The first course of treatment for the patient started taking the Five Finger Peach and Red Date Plant Beverage from August 28, 2023 to October 28, 2023. The second course of treatment started taking the Five Finger Peach and Red Date Plant Beverage and Mulberry Dandelion Beverage in stages from January 26, 2024 to July 10, 2024.

纳入标准：

（1）继往诊断为ALS的患者； （2）男性，年龄 18-70 岁； （3）自愿参加本项临床试验，知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with ALS in the past; (2) Male aged 18-70 years old; (3)Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）严重的肾功能不全：肌酐清除率< 30 mL/min（Cockcroft-Gault公式），或已知的其它严重肾功能不全疾病； （2）严重肝功能损害：ALT、AST >3倍正常值上限，或其它已知肝脏疾病如急慢性活动性肝炎、肝硬化、糖尿病等； （3）筛选期，近6个月内出现急性心梗或行介入治疗，心力衰竭患者（按照 NYHA 分级为III-IV级患者）； （4）合并恶性肿瘤、血液、消化或其他系统严重疾病； （5）过敏体质。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe renal insufficiency: creatinine clearance rate<30 mL/min (Cockcroft Gault formula) or other known severe renal insufficiency diseases; (2) Severe liver function damage: ALT AST>3 times the upper limit of normal value or other known liver diseases such as acute and chronic active hepatitis cirrhosis diabetes etc; (3) During the screening period patients who have experienced acute myocardial infarction or received interventional treatment within the past 6 months and have heart failure (classified as III-IV according to NYHA classification); (4) Merge malignant tumors blood digestive or other serious systemic diseases; (5) Allergic constitution.
