研究目的：

探究经皮穴位电刺激辅助全身麻醉对腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者术后疲劳的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation assisted general anesthesia on postoperative fatigue in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄18-75岁 ②BMI 18-27kg/m2 ③全麻下行腹腔镜胃癌根治术 ④ASA分级I～III级 ⑤具备基本沟通能力，同意参与本课题且签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18-75 years; ②BMI 18-27kg/m2; ③Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy was performed under general anesthesia; ④ASA grade I-III; ⑤Basic communication skills, agree to participate in the project and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①患有严重肝肾、心肺疾病 ②有垂体、甲状腺 、肾上腺等内分泌疾病 ③存在中枢神经系统疾病或心理疾病 ④有药物和酒精依赖 ⑤近期或常规针灸治疗患者 ⑥有经皮穴位电刺激相关禁忌症（起搏器或金属植入，或对表皮电极过敏） ⑦神经肌肉相关疾病 ⑧病理性疲劳（如多发性硬化症、帕金森、创伤性脑损伤等） ⑨放化疗病史

Exclusion criteria：

①Suffering from severe liver, kidney, heart and lung disease; ②Pituitary, thyroid, adrenal endocrine disease; ③Central nervous system disease or mental illness; ④Drug and alcohol dependence; ⑤Recent or routine acupuncture treatment of patients; ⑥There are contraindications associated with transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation (pacemaker or metal implantation, or allergy to epidermal electrodes); ⑦Neuromuscular diseases; ⑧Pathological fatigue (e.g. Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson, traumatic brain injury); ⑨History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

麻醉诱导后至术毕使用华佗牌SDZ-II型电子针疗仪经皮电刺激双侧足三里，内关穴及上巨虚穴，2/100HZ的疏密波型，电流强度电6~15mA（以病人最大的耐受度为准）。

After anesthesia induction, the bilateral Znli (ST 36) , Neiguan (PC 6) and Shangjuxu (PC 6) acupoints were transcutaneously stimulated with Huatuo SDZ-II electronic acupuncture apparatus, the current intensity was 6 ~ 15mA (the maximum tolerance of the patient) .
