研究目的:

(1)探索基于脑机接口促进卒中患者下肢功能重建的中枢机制; (2)探索基于电针调控神经元可兴奋性,结合脑机接口技术促进卒中后下肢功能恢复的脑机制; (3)为丰富临床促进卒中后患者下肢功能恢复提供新的中西医结合康复策略和理论依据。

Objectives of Study:

(1) To explore the central mechanism of brain-computer interface (BCI) based on promoting lower limb functional reconstruction in stroke patients; (2) To explore the brain mechanism of regulating neuronal excitability based on electroacupuncture combined with brain-computer interface technology to promote functional recovery of lower limbs after stroke; (3) To provide new rehabilitation strategies and theoretical basis of integrated Chinese and Western medicine for enriching clinical promotion of lower limb function recovery of patients after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

①明确诊断为首次发病,发病在6月以内,病情稳定,意识清醒,伴有下肢功能障碍;②年龄 30-80 岁;③签署知情同意书;能配合完成训练及评估,依从性好;④小学以上文化程度;⑤排除骨骼肌肉病变导致的下肢功能障碍;⑥患侧下肢远端关节 Brunnstrom 评定 II-IV级;⑦无认知功能障碍,简易智力状态量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)>17 分。

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnosis was confirmed as the first onset onset within 6 months the condition was stable conscious accompanied by lower limb dysfunction; ② Age 30-80 years old; ③ Sign informed consent; Can cooperate with the completion of training and evaluation compliance is good; ④ primary school education or above; (5) Exclude the lower limb dysfunction caused by skeletal muscle disease; ⑥ Brunnstrom evaluation of the distal joint of the affected lower extremity grade II-IV; ⑦ No cognitive dysfunction mini-mental state examination (MMSE) > 17 points.

排除标准:

①患有严重高血压或心肺疾病;②严重的关节疼痛;③视力、听力及理解有严重障碍的患者;④下肢有畸形者。⑤双侧大脑发生病变,双侧肢体功能均有障碍,病灶位于小脑或脑干部位;⑥进展型卒中或蛛网膜下腔出血;⑦卒中后严重认知障碍、抑郁或严重失语;⑧颅脑外伤或肿瘤;⑨患者或其家属不合作,未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria:

① suffering from severe hypertension or cardiopulmonary disease; ② Severe joint pain; (3) Patients with severe impairment of vision hearing and understanding; ④ there are deformities in the lower limbs. (5) Bilateral brain lesions bilateral limb function disorders lesions located in the cerebellum or brain stem; ⑥ Progressive stroke or subarachnoid hemorrhage; ⑦ Severe cognitive impairment depression or severe aphasia after stroke; Craniocerebral trauma or tumor; ⑨ The patient or his family members did not cooperate and did not sign the informed consent.
