研究目的：

采用rs-fMRI技术以及ALFF和功能连接的研究方法： ①分析ID患者DMN功能连接、局部活动的特异性；②探索调神法针刺对DMN功能的影响； ③阐明调神法针刺对ID患者睡眠、认知及觉醒的调节效果与DMN脑功能改变之间的相关性。进一部揭示针刺改善ID睡眠质量的调控途径，为探索ID的精准治疗提供全面直观的科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

Rs-fMRI, Alff and functional connectivity(FC) will be used : ①to explore the specificity of DMN FC and local activity in insomnia disorder (ID)patients; ② to study the rugulation of Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy on the function of DMN; ③ to clarify the correlation between the regulatory effect of acupuncture on sleep, cognition and arousal and the changes of brain function in DMN. The aim is to reveal the regulation ways of acupuncture to improve the sleep quality of ID, and provides a comprehensive and intuitive scientific basis for exploring the precise treatment of ID.

纳入标准：

① 符合上述失眠障碍诊断标准 ② 年龄20～60岁 ③ 匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分＞8分 ④ 汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分＜14分 ⑤ 汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分＜7分 ⑥ 过度觉醒量表（HAS）评分＞32 分 ⑦ 受试者本人签署知情同意书 ⑧ 近1月无服用抗焦虑、抑郁及睡眠药物史 ⑨ 近1月未因失眠进行针刺治疗 ⑩ 右利手

Inclusion criteria

1.Meeting the above diagnostic criteria of insomnia disorder. 2 Aged 20–60 years. 3 Pittsburgh Sleepiness Scale (PSQI) score > 8. 4 Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD)score < 7. 5 Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score < 14. 6 Hyperarousal Scale (HAS) score > 32. 7 Informed consent signed by the subject themself or an immediate family member. 8 Not taking anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, or sleep medications in the past month 9 No acupuncture treatment for insomnia in recent 1 month 10 Right handed

排除标准：

① 焦虑症、抑郁症、躁郁双相及精神分裂症等精神疾患者 ② 患有严重心、脑、肾、肝脏等原发性疾病 ③ 伴有酒精或药物依赖者 ④ 不能配合神经行为学、腕式睡眠监测仪、影像检查与针刺治疗者 ⑤ 不安腿综合征、呼吸暂停综合征患者 ⑥ 孕期及哺乳期妇女 ⑦ 幽闭恐惧症或体内携带核磁共振检查禁忌物者 ⑧ 在核磁扫描中发现脑结构异常病变或头颅解剖结构严重不对称者

Exclusion criteria：

1, Depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, or other serious mental illnesses. 2. Severe heart, brain, kidney, or liver disease. 3. Alcohol or drug dependence 4.Failure to cooperate with examination and treatment. 5. Apnea or restless leg syndrome. 6. Pregnant and lactating women. 7. Claustrophobia or other contraindications to MRI examination. 8. A definite lesion on MRI or grossly asymmetrical anatomy of the head

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用随机、盲法对照的临床研究方法，按1:1的比例，采用SAS统计软件生成随机数字表，将对应的分组代码装入不透明信封并密封（拆封后不可复原）。按顺序号依次纳入受试者,随机分配到调神法针刺组或非穴浅刺组，每组30例，给与不同针刺干预。

Random numbers will be generated by the SAS statistical analysis system and sealed in an opaque envelope. According to the group code, the ID patients will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and receive different treatments (spirit-regulating acupuncture or non-effective acupoints acupuncture).
