研究目的：

建立AO-C型桡骨远端骨折撬拨复位外固定技术的中医特色方案；为诊疗方案纳入相关临床指南提供循证学证据；授权相关专利。

Objectives of Study：

Establish a unique traditional Chinese medicine solution for prying reduction and external fixation of AO-C type distal radius fractures; provide evidence-based evidence for the inclusion of diagnosis and treatment plans in relevant clinical guidelines; and authorize relevant patents.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合AO—C型桡骨远端骨折诊断标准； ②年龄18岁-80岁； ③受伤致就诊时间＜2周的闭合性骨折； ④受试者自愿并签署知情同意书； ⑤对研究意义有正确认识，对研究人员的观察和评价有良好的依从性。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria for AO-C type distal radius fracture; ②Age 18-80 years old; ③Injury resulting in closed fracture that lasted less than 2 weeks; ④The subjects volunteered and signed the informed consent form; ⑤Have a correct understanding of the significance of the research and have good compliance with the observations and evaluations of researchers.

排除标准：

①不符合上述纳入标准者； ②合并神经、血管损伤或腕部既往有病变者； ③开放性及病理性骨折； ④合并有严重心脑血管疾病或脏器衰竭不能耐受刺激者或精神病患者； ⑤孕妇及哺乳期妇女； ⑥未按规定接受治疗，无法确定疗效或资料不全等影响疗效判定者； ⑦正在接受其它相关治疗，可能影响本研究效应指标观测者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; ② Those combined with nerve and blood vessel injuries or previous lesions on the wrist; ③Open and pathological fractures; ④Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure who cannot tolerate stimulation or mentally ill patients; ⑤Pregnant and lactating women; ⑥Those who do not receive treatment as prescribed, cannot determine the curative effect or have incomplete data that affects the judgment of curative effect; ⑦Those who are receiving other related treatments, which may affect the observers of the effect indicators of this study.
