Process of allocation
concealment:

1. The participants in the experiment are hiddenly grouped, and a random number table is generated by a special person, and 80 random numbers are selected, and the random numbers represent the first person and the second person respectively... The 100th person sorts the 80 representative numbers from smallest to largest, and takes 4 consecutive times in a group of 20 people according to the order. Those who determined random numbers were not involved in the inclusion of subjects and beyond.
2. Prepare the allocation sequence list, the table is divided into 3 columns, the first column is the serial number of the included object, the second column is a random number, and the third column is the group serial number, such as No. 1 26 1 group, No. 2 134 3 group...;
3. The random numbers in the second column are obtained by checking the random number table, and the order has not changed, that is, the number 5 must correspond to the fifth random number, etc.;
4. Determine the group according to random numbers, such as the number 1 number 12 for 1 group, the number 7 number 35 for 2 groups, etc.
5. Make 3 copies of the allocation sequence, one copy for the project leader, one for the researcher and one for the person generating random numbers, each of which is sealed and locked in a light-tight envelope.

Blinding:
|
Due to the specificity of the subject, the intervention methods used are robot and Daoyin, so the single-blind method, blind evaluator and statistical analyst are used.
|
Statistical method:
|
SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for analysis, the counting data were expressed byχ2 test, the measurement data were expressed by mean ± standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA was used for the comparison of the mean between groups and themselves. In all analyses, P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
