研究目的：

以态靶辨证为思路，探索在西医基础治疗下的中医综合治疗的疗效及安全性，探索建立有效的慢性肝衰竭中西医结合的协同诊疗模式，为更好的发挥中医药参与重大疾病治疗的优势提供客观数据。

Objectives of Study：

With the idea of state-target identification we will explore the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment under the basic treatment of western medicine explore the establishment of an effective synergistic diagnosis and treatment mode of chronic liver failure by combining Chinese and western medicines and provide objective data for the better exertion of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to participate in the treatment of major diseas

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合CLF 的诊断标准。 ②年龄 18-75 岁。 ③性别不限。 ④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Meets the diagnostic criteria for CLF. ② Age 18-75 years old. ③Gender is not limited. ④Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①急性肝衰竭、亚急性肝衰竭; ②非 HBV 感染导致的 CLF; ③妊娠或哺乳期妇女; ④原发性肝癌; ⑤合并其他严重的全身性疾病如恶性肿瘤等，患有精神病; ⑥抗人类免疫缺陷病毒（human immunodeficiency virus，HIV）阳性; ⑦近3 个月内曾参加其他临床试验; ⑧入组时已合并脑水肿、严重感染、Ⅰ型肝肾综合征和消化道大出血等。

Exclusion criteria：

①Acute liver failure subacute liver failure. ②CLF not caused by HBV infection. ③Pregnant or breastfeeding women. ④Primary liver cancer ⑤ Combination of other serious systemic diseases such as malignant tumour etc. suffering from mental illness. ⑥Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive; ⑦ Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. ⑧The enrolment has been combined with cerebral oedema serious infection type I hepatorenal syndrome and gastrointestinal haemorrhage and so on.
