研究目的：

探讨耳穴揿针预防剖宫产术中产妇低体温和寒战发生率的临床效果，提升产妇术中舒适度，减少术后并发症 ，促进剖宫产的产妇快速康复。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture in preventing the incidence of maternal hypothermia and chills during cesarean section so as to improve maternal comfort and reduce postoperative complications to promote rapid recovery for women who have had cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）孕龄 37~42 周； （2）拟行剖宫产术产妇； （3）年龄20～35岁； （4）ASAⅠ～ Ⅱ级； （5）意识清楚。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Gestational age 37~42 weeks; (2) Women who plan to undergo cesarean section; (3) Age 20~35 years old; (4) ASA I~ II; (5) Clear consciousness.

排除标准：

（1）有椎管麻醉禁忌证：穿刺部位感染、凝血机制障碍、颅内压增高 （2）合并发热性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Contraindications to spinal canal anesthesia: puncture site infection coagulation mechanism disorder increased intracranial pressure (2) Combined with febrile illness.

采用常规保温措施：（1）室温控制在22℃~25℃；（2）使用温液仪将输入液体加温至 37℃；（3）冲洗液加温至38℃；
