研究目的：

明确中西医结合加速康复外科促进大肠癌患者围手术期康复的作用。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine to accelerate rehabilitation surgery in promoting the perioperative rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①大肠癌术后患者，诊断必须经术前病理确诊；②年龄18-80岁之内的成年人(包括18岁及80岁）；③愿意接受加速康复外科的治疗方案者。

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnosis of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer must be confirmed by preoperative pathological diagnosis; Adults aged 18-80 years (including 18 and 80 years); ③ Willing to accept accelerated rehabilitation surgery treatment program.

排除标准：

①过敏体质或对多种药物过敏者；②联合其他脏器切除者；③行单纯性造口手术或小肠造口治疗者；④依从性差及难以对治疗的有效性和安全性作出正确评价者；⑤脑梗死等影响神经功能的疾病；⑥研究人员认为具有不适宜参加此项试验因素的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Allergic physique or allergic to multiple drugs; ② combined with other organs excision; ③ Patients who underwent simple stomy or small intestinal stomy treatment; (4) Poor compliance and difficulty in correctly evaluating the effectiveness and safety of treatment; (5) Cerebral infarction and other diseases affecting neurological function; ⑥ Subjects with factors deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial.

术前：告知患者方案，慢性便秘者灌肠，适度锻炼，禁食 6 小时、禁饮 2 小时。术中：保暖，室温 22℃，液温处理，留置多管。术后：适时拔管，镇痛止吐，饮食过渡，清醒后活动，术后第一天起下床。

Intervention：

Preoperative: Inform patients of the program, chronic constipation enema, moderate exercise, fasting for 6 hours, drink for 2 hours. Intraoperative: warm, room temperature 22℃, liquid temperature treatment, indentation of multiple tubes. Postoperative: timely extubation, analgesia and vomiting, dietary transition, waking activities, and getting out of bed on the first day after surgery.

传统加速康复外科围术期管理，术后第 1 天起加中医治疗：穴位贴敷（中脘、内关），热奄包（小茴香 100g、吴茱萸 200g），针刺（中脘、下脘、天枢、足三里等），灸双侧足三里，日 1 次，可口服时予香砂六君子汤加减中药。

Traditional accelerated rehabilitation surgery perioperative management, the first day after the operation to add Chinese medicine treatment: acupoint application (Zhongwan, Neiguan), hot Bao (fennel 100g, Wu Dogwood 200g), acupuncture (Zhongwan, Xiaogan, Tianshu, Zusanli, etc.), moxibustion on both sides Zusanli, once a day, can be taken orally to Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction to add or reduce Chinese medicine.
