研究目的：

本研究的核心在于深入探索中医慢病管理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）中的临床应用及效果，深入认识中医在慢性病治疗中的优势，为推广和应用中医药治疗COPD提供重要参考。研究旨在通过对比中医慢病管理模式与西医传统管理模式的差异，评估中医慢病管理模式对COPD患者症状改善和生活质量提高的效果，分析中医慢病管理模式的优势及存在的不足之处。基于研究结果，提出针对性的改进建议，以优化中医慢病管理模式，提高其实施效果，同时也为其他慢性疾病的中医治疗提供有益的借鉴和启示。

Objectives of Study：

This research centers on comprehensively investigating the **clinical application and efficacy** of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) chronic disease management model for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It seeks to elucidate TCM's distinctive advantages in chronic disease treatment and establish an evidence-based reference for implementing TCM approaches in COPD care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在60-80之间岁，性别不限： （2）明确诊断慢性阻塞性肺病； （3）无相关严重急、慢性疾病病史； （4）签署知情同意书，自愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 60 and 80 years old regardless of gender; (2) Definitively diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); (3) No history of relevant severe acute or chronic diseases; (4) Signed informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the trial.

排除标准：

（1）未按规定用药者，患者不能合作者： （2）精神或法律上的残疾患者； （3）正在参加其它临床试验的患者； （4）有严重心脏、肝脏、肾功能不全及伴随有其它恶性肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who fail to comply with medication regimens or are unable to cooperate; (2) Patients with mental disorders or legal incapacitation; (3) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; (4) Patients with severe cardiac hepatic or renal impairment or those accompanied by other malignant tumors.
