研究目的：

本研究拟将生姜联合内关穴按压法应用于肿瘤化疗患者恶心、呕吐的防治中，通过与单一干预方法进行对比，比较不同方法在预防及治疗化疗所致恶心、呕吐中的应用效果，同时研究不同方法对肿瘤化疗患者疾病获益感、呕吐生活功能指数及患者满意度的影响，旨在为临床防治化疗所致恶心、呕吐探索更加安全、有效的防治方法。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to apply ginger combined with Neiguan point pressing method to the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting in cancer chemotherapy patients, compare the application effects of different methods in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting by comparing with single intervention method, and study the effects of different methods on the disease benefit, vomiting life function index and patient satisfaction of cancer chemotherapy patients, aiming to provide a basis for clinical prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea To explore a safer and more effective prevention and treatment method for vomiting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①经影像学或细胞病理学等确诊为恶性肿瘤； ②接受过化疗且已发生过化疗相关性恶心呕吐症状； ③接受含奥沙利铂的高致吐化疗药联合化疗方案者； ④年龄在18岁及以上； ⑤KPS 评分大于 70 分； ⑥知情同意、依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosed as malignant tumor by imaging or histopathology; ② Have received chemotherapy and have experienced chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting; ③ Those who received high emetic chemotherapeutic drugs containing oxaliplatin combined with chemotherapy regimen; ④ 18 years old and above; ⑤ KPS score greater than 70; ⑥ Informed consent and good compliance.

排除标准：

①因消化道梗阻、颅内压升高等其他原因所引起的呕吐者； ②化疗前后接受放射治疗者； ③化疗前 24h 出现恶心呕吐者； ④对姜过敏者或有饮食禁忌者； ⑤患精神病、传染性疾病或皮肤敏感者； ⑥依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Vomiting caused by digestive tract obstruction, high intracranial pressure and other reasons; ② Those who received radiotherapy before and after chemotherapy; ③ Nausea and vomiting occurred 24 hours before chemotherapy; ④ People who are allergic to ginger or have dietary contraindications; ⑤ Suffering from mental illness, infectious disease or sensitive skin; ⑥ Poor compliance.
