研究目的：

验证中医眼针疗法治疗非急性期气虚血瘀型糖尿病视神经病变患者的临床有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical effectiveness and safety of TCM eye acupuncture therapy in treating diabetic optic neuropathy patients with non-acute Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合DON非急性期分期标准； （2）年龄40岁-75岁； （3）中医辨证属气虚血瘀者； （4）签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet DON non-acute stage staging criteria; (2) Age 40-75 years old; (3) TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis; (4) signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）屈光间质欠清，难以进行眼底观察者； （2）合并有老年性黄斑变性、青光眼、视网膜静脉阻塞、葡萄膜炎、其他视神经疾病等眼病者； （3）合并有严重心脑血管、肝脏和造血系统疾病的患者； （4）合并有严重危及生命的原发性疾病及精神病患者； （5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （6）正在参加其他临床试验者； （7）检查过程不能配合，不能坚持追踪眼底检查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Poor refractive interstitial clarity difficult to perform fundus observer; (2) Patients with age-related macular degeneration glaucoma retinal vein obstruction uveitis and other optic nerve diseases; (3) Patients with severe cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver and hematopoietic system diseases; (4) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental disorders; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Participants in other clinical trials; (7) The examination process can not cooperate can not adhere to the tracking of the fundus examination.
