研究目的：

观察量化针刺提插手法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效，并基于代谢组学探讨作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To observe and quantify the clinical effect of acupuncture lifting and inserting in the treatment of simple obesity and explore the mechanism of action based on metabolomics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①　符合单纯性肥胖诊断标准； ②　年龄18～60周岁； ③　知晓本研究并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① It meets the diagnostic criteria of simple obesity ② Age 18-60 years old; ③ Know about the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①　年龄在18周岁以下或60周岁以上者。 ②　妊娠或哺乳期妇女或对本疗法有不良反应者。 ③　因垂体瘤、下丘脑或内分泌系统病变引起的继发性肥胖 ④　合并有心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、感染性疾病、糖尿病、痛风、肝、肾及造血系统疾病等严重原发疾病和精神疾病患者。 ⑤　正在采取其他方法控制体质量，如手术、药物等。 ⑥　3个月内参加过其他试验者。 ⑦　因故无法配合，未按规定疗程进行治疗导致临床数据收集不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Under the age of 18 or over the age of 60. ② Pregnant or lactating women or adverse reactions to this therapy. (3) Secondary obesity caused by pituitary tumors hypothalamus or endocrine system lesions (4) Patients with cardiovascular diseases cerebrovascular diseases infectious diseases diabetes gout liver kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and other serious primary diseases and mental diseases. Other methods are being taken to control body quality such as surgery drugs etc. ⑥ Participants in other trials within 3 months. (7) Unable to cooperate for some reason not according to the prescribed course of treatment resulting in incomplete clinical data collection.
