研究目的：

探讨围术期电针疗法在脊柱内镜手术全麻后快速康复的作用。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of perioperative electroacupuncture in rapid recovery after general anesthesia after spinal endoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)初次接受脊柱内镜手术；(2)性别不限，年龄≥18岁；(3)美国麻醉医师协会ASA分级I-III级；(4)术中麻醉方式为气管插管全麻麻醉；(5)能理解NRS评分、焦虑量表、抑郁量表、疼痛灾难化量表；(6)自愿参与，患者或家属签署知情同意书，并纳入临床伦理治疗患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Initial spinal endoscopic surgery; (2) Gender is not limited age ≥ 18 years old; (3) United States Society of Anesthesiologists ASA grade I-III; (4) The intraoperative anesthesia method is tracheal intubation and general anesthesia; (5) Able to understand NRS score anxiety scale depression scale and pain catastrophizing scale; (6) Voluntary participation patients or family members sign the informed consent form and include patients in clinical ethics treatment.

排除标准：

(1)患者不同意参加该研究或手术，未签署知情同意书；(2)有严重心血管系统疾病或慢性呼吸道疾病如COPD等；(3)有脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作病史者；(4)对本研究中使用的镇痛药物过敏史；(5)有药物成瘾史；(6)正在服用抗抑郁药或者镇静药等；(7)有中枢神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patient does not agree to participate in the study or surgery and has not signed the informed consent form; (2) Have severe cardiovascular system diseases or chronic respiratory diseases such as COPD etc.; (3) Those with a history of stroke or transient ischemic attack; (4) history of hypersensitivity to analgesic drugs used in this study; (5) Have a history of drug addiction; (6) Are taking antidepressants or sedatives etc.; (7) Have central nervous system diseases.

本研究严格按照纳入标准、排除标准纳入在广州医科大学附属中医医院择期行脊柱内镜手术患者共76例。按照纳入标准和排除标准筛选病例。在确定纳入后，签署《知情同意书》按筛选进入的顺序逐个对合格受试者编号1-76，采用SPSS生成76个随机数字，得出分组结果（1-38为试验组，39-76为对照组）制成随机卡片，密封至不透光的信封，试验进行时将纳入病例按进入试验的前后顺序对应信封上的序号按序开封信封，根据里面的提示进行分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study a total of 76 patients undergoing elective spinal endoscopic surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou Medical University were included in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Cases were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After the inclusion is determined the "informed consent form" is signed to number 1-76 of qualified subjects one by one in the order of screening and entry and 76 random numbers are generated by SPSS and the grouping results (1-38 are the experimental group 39-76 is the control group) are made into random cards sealed to opaque envelopes and the included cases will be opened in order according to the serial numbers on the corresponding envelopes before and after entering the trial and grouped according to the prompts inside.
