Objectives of Study：

Investigating the Efficacy of Oral Rinsing and Swallowing Exercises in Alleviating Xerostomia in Postoperative Patients Recovering from General Anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

A 组：对照组采取以下措施： （1）评估：观察并动态评估患者的生命体征、清醒程度、吞咽功能、肌力、恶心呕吐等并发症情况。 （2）体位护理：拔除气管导管后，辅助患者平卧，头偏一侧 （3）液体入量：坚持目标性液体治疗，补液量以“量出为入”为原则。 （4）口干护理：使用视觉模拟评分表，主动评估全麻术后患者有无口干，口干患者可选择0-6℃灭菌冰水口腔喷雾，左颊部、右颊部、舌面、口唇各喷一次，并在首次给予喷雾后的即刻、30分钟、2小时、6小时动态评估口干程度有无改善 （5）心理护理：多给予患者关心和理解，保持心情放松 B 组：试验组，干预措施在对照组的基础上实施由《中华养生保健》向全国推广的中华养生术 “鼓漱咽津”运动，包括舌抵上腭、叩齿、搅海、鼓嗽、咽津 5 个步骤。具体如下：舌抵上腭：闭目冥心，舌尖轻舔上腭，调和气息，舌端聚集唾液。 叩齿：心神合一，闭目含口，上下牙齿有节奏的互相叩击 36 次，铿锵有声。搅海：用舌在口腔内贴着上下牙床搅动，先上后下，先内后外，搅动 36 次。鼓漱：口唇轻闭，像清水漱口一样，当津液生出后要鼓漱有声，共 36 次。咽津：当津液满口后，分 3 次咽下，直送丹田，咽时要汩汩有声。“鼓漱咽津”运动在麻醉恢复室口干评估后首次使用喷雾口干护理后即刻、30分钟后、60分钟后各进行一次，每次包括舌抵上腭（约 1 min）、叩齿 36 遍（约 1 min）、搅海 36 次（约 3 min）、鼓嗽（约 1 min）、咽津（约 1 min），一遍约 7 分钟。并在首次给予喷雾后的即刻、30分钟、2小时、6小时动态评估口干程度有无改善。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Group A: Control Group Interventions: Assessment: Monitor and dynamically evaluate vital signs consciousness level swallowing function muscle strength nausea/vomiting and other complications. Positioning Care: After extubation assist the patient to lie supine with head turned to one side. Fluid Management: Implement goal-directed fluid therapy guided by the principle of "input matching output". Dry Mouth Care: Actively assess postoperative dry mouth using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). For patients with dry mouth: Administer sterile ice-cold water (0–6°C) oral spray to the left cheek right cheek tongue surface and lips. Reassess dry mouth severity immediately 30 minutes 2 hours and 6 hours after initial spray. Psychological Support: Provide empathetic care and promote relaxation. Group B: Intervention Group Additional intervention based on Group A: Implement the "Gushu Yanjin" (Rinsing and Swallowing Saliva) exercise – a traditional Chinese health technique promoted nationwide by Chinese Health Preservation. Steps include: Tongue Touching Palate (≈1 min): Close eyes lightly touch palate with tongue tip regulate breath accumulate saliva. Teeth Clicking (≈1 min): Click upper and lower teeth rhythmically 36 times. Tongue Stirring (≈3 min): Stir tongue around gums (upper→lower inner→outer) 36 times. Mouth Rinsing (≈1 min): Rinse mouth vigorously with saliva 36 times. Saliva Swallowing (≈1 min): Swallow accumulated saliva in 3 audible gulps directing it to the lower abdomen (Dantian/Qihai).

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准：①18岁≤年龄≤80 岁；②意识清楚并能配合干预；③口渴自评分≥3（根据VAS评分标准）④术后患者尚未达到证据总结推荐中的早期饮水的标准

Inclusion criteria

1.Age between 18 and 80 years old. 2.Conscious and able to cooperate with the intervention. 3.Self-reported dry mouth score ≥ 3 (based on the Visual Analogue Scale). 4.Postoperative patients who have not yet met the recommended criteria for early oral hydration as outlined in the evidence summary.

排除标准：

排除标准：①口腔疾病或其他严重疾病影响口腔感知的患者。②未能完全恢复意识的患者，或者不能自主进行“鼓漱咽津”动作的患者。 ③全身性疾病：如糖尿病、严重肝肾功能障碍、免疫系统疾病等，可能影响恢复期口干症状的患者。④孕妇或哺乳期妇女：由于本研究涉及护理干预，孕妇或哺乳期女性应排除在外。⑤术前或术中使用抗胆碱药品，如阿托品、盐酸戊乙奎醚。⑥术前或术中使用右美托咪定的患者。⑦中医诊断为实热证、阴虚火旺证的患者。⑧剔除在恢复室观察期间使用阿托品，盐酸戊乙奎醚等抗胆碱药物，或右美托咪定等影响腺体分泌的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with oral diseases or other severe conditions affecting oral perception. 2.Patients who have not fully regained consciousness or are unable to perform the "oral rinsing and swallowing exercises" independently. 3.Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes severe liver or kidney dysfunction or immune system disorders that may affect dry mouth symptoms during recovery. 4.Pregnant or lactating women: Due to the nature of the nursing intervention involved in this study pregnant or lactating women should be excluded. 5.Patients who received anticholinergic drugs (e.g. atropine penehyclidine hydrochloride) before or during surgery. 6.Patients who received dexmedetomidine before or during surgery. 7.Patients diagnosed with excessive heat syndrome or yin deficiency with fire effulgence syndrome according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. 8.Patients who received anticholinergic drugs (e.g. atropine penehyclidine hydrochloride) or dexmedetomidine which may affect glandular secretion during the recovery room observation period.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集 在本研究中，数据收集涉及多个量表和评估工具，具体包括口干视觉模拟量表（VAS）、围手术期口干不适量表（PTDS）、唇舌口腔黏膜滋润度评分（OOMS）、无刺激全唾液流率（UWS）、以及术后动态评估口干的改变量等。所有数据均来自临床观察、问卷评估和实验室检查结果。为了确保数据的全面性和可靠性，各项数据将根据既定评估方案，分别在干预前、干预后即时（如喷雾护理后的即刻、30分钟、2小时、6小时）和随访期间（术后24小时内）进行记录。 数据处理 数据处理需要确保其准确性、完整性，并进行科学分析。数据处理过程包括以下几个步骤： 数据清理：确保所有数据项都完整填写，对于缺失数据要进行适当处理。缺失值的处理方式可采用均值填补法或回归填补法，具体方法取决于缺失数据的类型和缺失程度。 数据录入：所有手工记录的问卷、量表评分和实验室检查结果均需手动输入至电子数据表（如Excel、SPSS等统计软件支持的格式），以减少人为错误。数据录入后，需进行二次核对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection In this study data collection involved multiple scales and assessment tools including dry mouth visual simulation scale (VAS) perioperative dry mouth inadequate scale (PTDS) lip and tongue oral mucosa moisture score (OOMS) unstimulated total salivary flow rate (UWS) and postoperative dynamic assessment of dry mouth changes. All data were obtained from clinical observations questionnaire evaluation and laboratory findings. To ensure comprehensiveness and reliability of the data data will be recorded before immediately after intervention (e. g. immediate 30 minutes 2 hours 6 hours) and follow-up (within 24 hours after surgery) according to the established evaluation protocol. Data processing Data processing needs to ensure its accuracy integrity and scientific analysis. The data processing process includes the following steps: Data cleaning: Ensure that all data items are complete and the missing data should be properly processed. The treatment of missing values can be done by mean filling or regression filling depending on the type of missing data and the degree of missing data. Data entry: All manually recorded questionnaires scale scores and laboratory test results should be manually entered into the electronic data sheet (such as the format supported by Excel SPSS) to reduce human error. After the data entry a secondary verification is required.
