研究目的：

比较调肠治神法针刺和常规康复改善ASD核心症状的疗效差异，分析针刺治疗前后代谢组学和蛋白质组学差异，探索调肠治神法针刺治疗的潜在作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the differences in efficacy between acupuncture and conventional rehabilitation for improving the core symptoms of ASD to analyze the metabolomic and proteomic differences before and after acupuncture treatment and to explore the potential mechanism of action of acupuncture treatment with the method of regulating the intestines and curing the spirit.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合孤独症的诊断标准；2.CARS评分 ≥30 分，ABC评分 ≥31 分，3. 年龄为2 ~ 7岁；4.监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of autism; 2. CARS score ≥30 and ABC score ≥31; 3. The age range is 2-7 years; 4. Guardian signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在严重的脏器疾病如先天性心脏病、肾功能不全等；2.存在血液系统疾病，如白血病、凝血功能障碍等；3.不能耐受针刺配合研究的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence of serious organ diseases such as congenital heart disease renal insufficiency etc.; 2. The presence of hematologic diseases such as leukemia coagulation dysfunction etc.; 3. Children who can not tolerate acupuncture to cooperate with the study.
