通过多中心、前瞻性队列研究，探讨在留置PICC的肺癌患者中，中医药预防VTE的疗效和安全性

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness and safety of Sanqi and acupuncture in the prevention of venous thrombosis related to peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) in patients with lung cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

三七：三七总皂甙 观察留置PICC导管的肺癌患者，根据是否暴露于三七及针刺因素分为四个队列（分别为单纯口服三七、单纯针刺、口服三七联合针刺及无暴露因素的对照队列）（暴露时长约8周），随访观察12周，统计各组导管相关静脉血栓和总静脉血栓发生情况，凝血指标和中医证候变化以及不良事件发生情况

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Sanqi: Radix Notoginseng Based on whether or not exposed to Sanqi administration and acupuncture for a duration of 8 weeks, lung cancer patients with PICC catheters were divided into four groups: the Sanqi group, the acupuncture group, the Sanqi and acupuncture group, and the control group. After an 12-week follow up, incidence of catheter-related venous thrombosis and total venous thrombosis events, changes in coagulation indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, and adverse events in each group were collected.

纳入标准：

（1） 经细胞学或组织学确诊为肺癌且已经置入 PICC 管的患者。诊断采用《原发性肺癌诊疗规范》的诊断标准 （2） 预计 PICC 留置时间大于 3 月 （3） 患者 1 周内未使用抗凝或抗血小板药物 （4） 签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with lung cancer whether by cytological or histological materials and who have PICC catheterization. Lung cancer was diagnosed according to "Standards for the diagnosis and treatment of primary lung cancer (2015 version) in China" (2) Estimated time of indwelling catheter over 3 months (3) Without use anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs within one week (4) Sign a written informed consent

排除标准：

（1） 入院时确诊或怀疑静脉血栓栓塞症的患者 （2） 正在参加其他药物或器械相关临床研究 （3） 活动性出血患者 （4） 妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients diagnosed or suspected of venous thromboembolism on admission (2) Currently participating in related clinical studies (3) Active bleeding patients (4) Pregnancy
