研究目的：

本研究拟以电针干预STC患者，观察干预后STC患者肠道菌群变化，旨在探讨针灸与STC肠道微生态的关系。推广中医物理疗法在结直肠慢性疾病方面的应用。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the changes of intestinal flora in patients with STC after intervention by electroacupuncture, in order to explore the relationship between acupuncture and intestinal microecology of STC. To promote the application of traditional Chinese physiotherapy in chronic colorectal diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述STC诊断标准及中医辨证标准；②年龄18～70岁；③既往未行腹部及盆腔手术；④充分理解研究内容、研究风险并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the above STC diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria; ② Age 18 ~ 70 years old; ③ No abdominal or pelvic surgery had been performed; (4) Fully understand the research content, research risks and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①出口梗阻型或混合型便秘患者；②合并严重心、脑、肾、精神疾病及过敏体质者；③既往长期使用缓泻剂、阿片类药物等；④拒绝接受针灸治疗；⑤妊娠及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with outlet obstruction or mixed constipation; (2) Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney, mental diseases and allergies; ③ Long-term use of laxatives, opioids, etc.; ④ refuse to accept acupuncture treatment; ⑤ Pregnant and lactating women.

选用双侧天枢、上巨虚、足三里等穴位。采用补法，将单侧天枢与足三里穴位连接于针灸治疗仪，采用疏密波型，频率15～25Hz，电流0.1mA，留针15min，每日一次。连续治疗5d。

选取2022年1月－2023年12月我院确诊及招募的STC患者90例。通过计算机分配方式随机将其分为电针组（女12例，男18例）、聚乙二醇组（女14例，男16例）及益生菌组（女18例，男12例）各30例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A total of 90 patients with STC diagnosed and recruited in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group (12 females, 18 males), polyethylene glycol group (14 females, 16 males) and probiotic group (18 females, 12 males) with 30 cases each.
