研究目的：

通过在体外受精—胚胎移植治疗中，采用健脾补肾针刺法辅助拮抗剂方案进行治疗，对健脾补肾针刺法在拮抗剂方案IVF治疗中的临床疗效进行初步评价研究，为开展多中心、大样本临床研究奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

During the treatment of IVF, the jian pi bu shen acupuncture was conducted to assist antagonistic stimulation protocol to preliminarily assess its clinical efficacy in the antagonist IVF treatment, so as to build the cornerstone for multi-center, large-sample clinical research in the future

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)在本中心行 IVF 治疗的不孕症患者。 (2)使用拮抗剂方案超排的患者。 (3)符合脾肾两虚证型诊断标准。 (4)签署知情同意书。（5）HAMA评分>7分

Inclusion criteria

(1) infertility patients who received IVF treatment in our center, (2) patients who received antagonist protocol for ovulation induction, (3) patients who were diagnosed with deficiency of spleen and kidney, (4) patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent, (5) Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAMA)score >7 (patient may have anxiety status)

排除标准：

(1)患者年龄>43 岁。 (2)BMI≥28kg/m2。 (3)基础内分泌 FSH>12U/L 的患者。 (4)合并有未处理的子宫异常，输卵管积水的患者。 (5)肾上腺、甲状腺内分泌腺功能异常所致不孕者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) over 43 years old, (2) body mass index (BMI) ≥ 28 kg/m2, (3) FSH > 12 U/L, (4) patients with untreated uterine abnormalities and hydrosalpinx, (5) infertility caused by dysfunction of adrenal gland and thyroid endocrine gland

本研究是单中心、前瞻性、随机对照研究。将招募的患者随机分配至针刺组或对照组。两组患者接受相同的拮抗剂方案促排卵治疗，针刺组患者在拮抗剂方案治疗上加用针灸治疗。研究期间统计者、治疗者及研究人员间对本研究无交流，确保试验期间的分离原则。
