研究目的：

本研究通过测量现代正常男、女成年志愿者头面、四肢、躯干部骨度分寸和三指、四指、拇指、中指同身寸数据，使用统计学方法进行统计、对照，从而探究指寸定位法在头面、躯干、四肢各部的适用范围以改善部分临床取穴不准确的现象，促进“指寸”定位法取穴标准的规范化，以达到简化临床操作的同时精准取穴的目的。

Objectives of Study：

By measuring the bone size of head face limbs trunk and the same body size of three fingers four fingers thumb and middle finger of modern normal male and female adult volunteers this study uses statistical methods to make statistics and comparison so as to explore the application scope of finger positioning method in head face trunk and limbs improve the inaccurate phenomenon of some clinical acupoints promote the standardization of the "finger" positioning method and achieve the purpose of simplifying clinical operation and accurate acupoint selection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）身体发育正常，无明显畸形或功能性障碍； （2）年龄在18岁及以上，性别不限； （3）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

（1） Physical development was normal without obvious deformity or functional disorder; （2）Age 18 and above gender unlimited; （3）Signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

（1）伴有影响手指或骨骼测量的骨骼、肌肉或神经系统疾病； （2）皮肤存在明显损伤或病变，影响测量准确性； （3）伴有精神或认知障碍，不能完全理解或配合本研究过程； （4）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Accompanied by bone muscle or nervous system diseases that affect the measurement of fingers or bones; (2) There is obvious damage or lesion on the skin which affects the measurement accuracy; (3) Accompanied by mental or cognitive impairment unable to fully understand or cooperate with the process of this study; (4) Pregnant and lactating women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据记录人员必须在测量人员量取长度的同时书写研究信息采集表（精确到0.1cm），保证数据记录及时、完整、准确、真实。研究信息采集表做任何有证据的更正时只能划线，旁注改后的数据，由研究者签名并注明日期，不得擦涂、覆盖原始记录。使用Excel2021软件建立本研究数据库，采用双人双机录入法，待所有数据录入完成后随机抽取10％的研究资料进行人工数据核查。完成数据核查报告后，锁定数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data recorder must write the research information collection form (accurate to 0.1cm) while measuring the length to ensure that the data record is timely complete accurate and true. When making any evidentiary corrections to the research information collection form only lines can be drawn and the modified data can be annotated. The researcher shall sign and date the data and the original records shall not be erased or covered. Excel2021 software was used to establish the research database and the method of two person and two machine input was used. After all data were entered 10% of the research data were randomly selected for manual data verification. After completing the data verification report lock the database.
