Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of Dachengqi Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction and overall prognosis of critically ill patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

于沧州市中心医院急诊医学部ICU住院经超声评估和临床筛查诊断伴有急性胃肠道损伤的重症患者：①年龄≥18岁；②急性生理与慢性健康-II（APACHE-II）评分＞8分。

Inclusion criteria

Severe patients with acute gastrointestinal injury diagnosed by ultrasound evaluation and clinical screening in ICU of Emergency Medical Department of Cangzhou Central Hospital: ① age ≥18 years old;② acute physiology and chronic health-II (APACHE-II) score>8 points.

排除标准：

①住院时间＜24h；②孕产妇；③既往有肠系膜血管疾病；④存在机械性肠梗阻者；⑤因消化道手术等原因预期7天内无法进行肠内营养者；⑥入院前出现急性胃肠损伤者；⑦癌症晚期者；⑧多脏器功能衰竭终末期患者；⑨脐周皮肤破溃者；⑩未获得知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Hospitalization time <24h;② Pregnant women;③ Previous mesenteric vascular disease;④ Mechanical intestinal obstruction; ④ Enteral nutrition is not expected within 7 days due to digestive tract surgery; ④ Acute gastrointestinal injury before admission; ④ Advanced cancer; End-stage multiple organ failure; Periumbilical skin rupture; No informed consent.

The treatment group of Da Chengqi Decoction

Sample size：

干预措施：

大承气汤加减（大黄20g，厚朴20g，枳实15g，木香10g，槟榔10g，当归10g，桃仁10g，莱菔子15g，桔梗15g）贴敷神阙穴，将上述药物研磨成粉后用温水调制成膏状，清理脐部，将准备好的药膏敷于神阙穴处，大纱布覆盖，无纺布胶贴固定，入组当天即可贴敷，1次/d。

Dachengqi Decoction (rhubarb 20g magnolia bark 20g immature bitter orange 15g banksia rose 10g areca nut 10g angelica sinensis 10g peach kernel 10g radish seed 15g platycodon grandiflorum 15g) was applied to Shenque acupoint ground the above drugs into powder mixed into paste with warm water cleaned umbilicus applied to Shenque acupoint covered with gauze fixed with non-woven adhesive applied on the day of enrollment once a day.
