研究目的：

评价孕康口服液治疗复发性流产合并卵巢储备功能减退患者改善卵巢储备功能、提高妊娠率、改善妊娠结局、改善中医证候的有效性；评价孕康口服液治疗复发性流产合并卵巢储备功能减退的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness of pregnant women's oral liquid in the treatment of patients with recurrent abortion combined with reduced ovarian reserve function to improve ovarian reserve function improve pregnancy rate improve pregnancy outcomes and improve the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes; evaluate the safety of pregnant women's oral liquid in the treatment of recurrent abortion combined with reduced ovarian reserve function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合复发性流产诊断标准； 2. 符合卵巢储备功能减退诊断标准； 3. 距离末次流产满 3 个月，目前在备孕阶段者； 4. 符合肾虚证和气血虚弱证中医辨证标准； 5. 年龄 20-45 周岁； 6. 自愿参加本项临床试验，知情同意并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for recurrent abortion; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for reduced ovarian reserve function; 3. Those who are 3 months old from the last abortion are currently in the pregnancy preparation stage; 4. It conforms to the syndrome differentiation standards of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney deficiency syndrome and qi and blood weakness syndrome. 5. 20-45 years old; 6. Voluntaryly participate in this clinical trial give informed consent and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并其它影响卵巢储备功能，或影响药物有效性评价的生殖内分 泌或代谢免疫系统疾病； 2. 染色体异常、酶缺陷（如半乳糖血症等）、肿瘤或因手术（如卵 巢手术、子宫动脉结扎术、输卵管切除术等）、放疗、化疗等医 源性因素引起的卵巢储备功能减退； 3. 合并心脑血管、肝、肾、造血等系统严重疾病及精神病患者； 4. 天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）或丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）> 正常参考值上限的 1.5 倍，血肌酐（Scr）>正常参考值上限； 5. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6. 已知对试验用药品过敏或禁忌证者； 7. 入组前 1 个月内接受过治疗卵巢储备功能减退的中、西药物； 8. 随机入组前 3 个月内参与过其他临床试验； 9. 研究者认为不适宜参加本项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combine other reproductive internal divisions that affect the function of ovarian reserve or the evaluation of drug effectiveness Diseases of the urinary or metabolic immune system; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities enzyme defects (such as galactosemia etc.) tumors or due to surgery (such as eggs) Nest surgery uterine artery ligation tubal resection etc.) radiotherapy chemotherapy and other doctors Decreased ovarian reserve function caused by source factors; 3. Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular liver kidney hematopoiesis etc.; 4. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) or alanine aminotransferase (ALT)> 1.5 times the upper limit of normal reference value blood creatinine (Scr) > upper limit of normal reference value; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Known allergies or contraindications to experimental drugs; 7. Received Chinese and Western drugs for the treatment of ovarian reserve function within 1 month before joining the group; 8. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before randomization; 9. The researchers believe that it is not appropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
