研究目的：

通过临床研究探讨该疗法的安全性和有效性，尝试初步阐明子午流注温通刮痧联合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的的临床疗效和现代医学机理，对中医技术革新治疗常见病具有一定的推动作用。

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical research to explore the safety and efficacy of this therapy trying to initially elucidate the clinical efficacy and modern medical mechanism of meridian flow injection warm through scraping combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease which has a certain role in promoting the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine technology for the treatment of common diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性盆腔炎的诊断标准；（2）年龄区间为20～55 岁，有性生活史，且尚未绝经者；（3）签署知情同意书，同意进行治疗；（4）研究期间未接受其他相关的治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) met the diagnostic criteria for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease; (2) had an age range of 20-55 years old had a history of sexual intercourse and were not yet menopausal;(3) signed an informed consent form and agreed to the treatment; (4) did not receive any other related treatment during the study period.

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准,未按规定的疗程进行治疗者；（2）近期采用相关药物治疗，导致无法判断疗效的患者；（3）合并心、肝、肾和造血系统严重疾病的患者；（4）合并精神、神经疾病不能合作或不愿合作者；（5）妊娠期或近期准备妊娠的女性及哺乳期女性；（6）转为急性盆腔炎病情危重者；有明显兼夹或合并症者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria and did not follow the prescribed course of treatment; (2) Patients who have recently been treated with related drugs resulting in the inability to judge the efficacy of the treatment; (3) Patients with serious diseases of the heart liver kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) Patients who are unable or unwilling to cooperation; (5) women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy recently and breastfeeding women; (6) those who have turned into acute pelvic inflammatory disease in critical condition; and those who have obvious concurrent or (6) Those who have turned to acute pelvic inflammatory disease in critical condition; those who have obvious concurrent or comorbidities.
