研究目的：

1.明确“脑肠同调”法针刺治疗结直肠癌术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效； 2.证实“脑肠同调”法针刺治疗结直肠癌术后胃肠功能障碍的优效性、安全性，行卫生经济学评价； 3.初步探讨“脑肠同调”法针刺治疗结直肠癌术后胃肠功能障碍的可能作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the clinical effect of the Brain-gut Coherence method of acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after colorectal cancer surgery; 2. To confirm the efficacy and safety of the Brain-gut Coherence method of acupuncture in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction of colorectal cancer and conduct health economics evaluation; 3. To explore the possible mechanism of the Brain-gut Coherence method of acupuncture in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction of colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合结直肠癌术后胃肠功能障碍的诊断标准； 2. 成年男性或女性，年龄18～65岁之间，行结直肠癌腹腔镜或开腹手术的患者，病情基本稳定，意识清楚，生命体征平稳； 3. 有良好沟通交流能力，能完全理解并配合完成相关量表的评估填写； 4. 愿意接受针刺治疗，签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Undergo laparoscopic or open surgery for colorectal cancer and meet the diagnostic criteria for postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in colorectal cancer; 2. Be between the ages of 18 and 65 years old in a stable condition with clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 3. Have good communication skills and can fully understand and cooperate in completing the assessment of relevant scales; 4. Willing to accept acupuncture treatment sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.术前明确诊断有其他非手术因素或疾病所致胃肠功能障碍患者；如胃十二指肠溃疡、慢性便秘、肠易激综合症、溃疡性结肠炎等； 2.术后严重并发症，如消化道或腹腔出血、消化道瘘、腹腔感染、机械性肠梗阻等； 3.有严重心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病或糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、精神病、结缔组织病、血友病及出血倾向； 4.意识不清、智力障碍，不能配合治疗； 5.有针刺禁忌症。 如患者存在以上任何一项，应予排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a preoperative definitive diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction due to other non-surgical factors or diseases such as gastroduodenal ulcers chronic constipation irritable bowel syndrome ulcerative colitis; 2. Serious postoperative complications such as gastrointestinal or abdominal bleeding gastrointestinal fistula abdominal infection mechanical intestinal obstruction; 3. Serious cardiovascular cerebrovascular hepatic renal and hematopoietic system diseases or diabetes mellitus malignant tumors mental illness connective tissue disease hemophilia and bleeding tendency; 4. Unconsciousness intellectual disability unable to cooperate with the treatment; (5) contraindications to needling. If the patient has any of the above it should be excluded.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

所有病人按手术时间顺序依次分组，首先对入组的患者进行基本信息的采集和调查汇总，然后对患者按手术时间顺序编号，采用随机数字表法分为A组（观察组：西医基础治疗+“脑肠同调”法针刺治疗）和B组（对照组：西医基础治疗+常规针刺治疗），每组各32例。各组除选穴不同外，其它如性别、年龄、病情、针刺手法等应保证基本一致，其中由具备3年以上临床经验的针灸医师进行针刺手法操作，针灸医师不设盲，对主治医生和护士、疗效评价者和统计分析人员设盲。两组间进行平行对照和自身前后对照。

All patients were numbered according to the order of time of surgery in order of enrollment. According to the random numbers generated by SPSS26.0 the study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Records and assessment personnel were not involved in the grouping and data analysts were not involved in the design and clinical implementation of the study. Acupuncturists were not blinded and attending physicians and nurses efficacy evaluators and statistical analysts were blinded.
