研究目的：

“和脉调神”针法结合多组学技术，从代谢-微生物-基因-蛋白四个维度揭示该针刺方案对非杓型高血压的临床疗 效及潜在机制，从客观化和微观化角度诠释病机内涵，通过与基层医院作为防治高血压病的“主战场”，通过与基层医疗单位开展多中心研究，推动针刺适宜技术在基层防治非杓型高血压的应用，提升基层医疗技术服务能力，下沉医院优质资源；加强基层对非杓型高血压人群的健康管理，最大程度降低高血压对人体的危害。进一步明确非杓型高血压病理状态下 NAD 水平的变化的关键作用，阐明针刺恢复 NAD 水平调节驱动“肠心轴”介导生物钟基因表达的关键分子机制，进一步推动针灸医学现代化。

Objectives of Study：

Regulating pulse and regulating mind acupuncture combined with multi-group techniques from the four dimensions of metabolism-microbe-gene-protein revealed that the acupuncture program of non-dipper type of hypertension clinical treatment To explain the connotation of pathogenesis from the angle of objectification and microcosmic through taking the primary hospital as theMain battlefield of preventing and treating hypertension and carrying out multi-center research with the primary medical units to promote the application of appropriate acupuncture techniques in the prevention and treatment of non-dipper hypertension at the grass-roots level to enhance the ability of medical technical services at the grass-roots level to provide high-quality resources for sinking hospitals and to strengthen the health management of non-dipper hypertension at the grass-roots level minimize the harm of hypertension to human body. To further clarify the key role of Nad level changes in the pathological state of non-dipper hypertension and to clarify the key molecular mechanism of acupuncture restoring NAD level regulation to driveGut-core axis-mediated clock gene expression to further promote the modernization of acupuncture and moxibustion medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合原发性高血压病1-2级诊断标准，服用缬沙坦，近2周内没有变更用药者； 2.入组前需进行24小时动态血压监测，检查结果提示血压曲线为非杓型，血压昼夜节律减弱或消失； 3.年龄在18～75岁； 4.在过去1个月内没有接受过针灸治疗便秘；没有参加过任何其他正在进行的试验； 5.自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who met the criteria for essential hypertension 1-2 took valsartan and did not change medication in the last 2 weeks; 2. 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed before admission. The results showed that the blood pressure curve was non-dipper and the circadian rhythm of blood pressure decreased or disappeared 3. Aged between 18 and 75; 4. Has not received acupuncture for constipation in the past 1 month; has not participated in any other ongoing trials; 5.Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 2.合并严重心脑血管疾病，恶性肿瘤，严重免疫系统或造血系统疾病，糖尿病肾病、严重肝肾功能损害者； 3.患有血液凝固障碍或经常服用抗凝血剂的参与者，如华法林和肝素； 4.携带心脏起搏器的参与者； 5.由内分泌、代谢、神经、术后疾病或者药物引起的继发性高血压。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant and lactating women 2. Patients with severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease malignant tumors severe diseases of immune system or hematopoietic system diabetic nephropathy and severe impairment of liver and kidney function; 3. Participants with blood-clotting disorders or who regularly take anticoagulants such as Warfarin and heparin; 4.Participants with artificial pacemaker; 5. Endocrine metabolic neurological post-operative or drug-induced Secondary hypertension.

由临床评估中心的工作人员使用统计分析软件SPSS26.0程序制作随机卡片，装入到对应的贴有编码的信封里，根据试验设计，按要求拆开后，再根据卡片上的随机数字对应的“0”或“1”入组“对照组”或“试验组”。除最高系统管理员外，不允许任何人检查。通过电话或网络在系统中输入参与者的一般信息，获得随机号码。

The staff of the Clinical Evaluation Center used the statistical analysis software SPSS26.0 program to make random cards and put them into the corresponding envelope with the code. After being opened according to the experimental design they were grouped into the "control group" or "test group" according to the corresponding "0" or "1" of the random numbers on the cards. No one is allowed to check except the top system administrator. Random numbers are obtained by entering the general information of the participants into the system by telephone or online.
