研究目的：

在新脓毒症诊断标准（脓毒症3.0）下，记录符合2017年1月-2021年12月脓毒症3.0诊断标准的病历资料。根据临床实际使用药物，收集符合纳入标准的所有病例，含使用和未使用中药的病例，含使用中药注射剂的病例。通过基础西医药治疗和以西医药为基础合并中医药使用病例的病例对照研究，建立脓毒症中医辨证施治数据库，完成数据分析，挖掘中药对脓毒症的辨治组方和规律。

Objectives of Study：

Under the new sepsis diagnostic criteria (sepsis 3.0), the medical records that met the sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria from January 2017 to December 2021 were recorded. According to the actual use of drugs in clinical practice, all cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected, including those with and without TCM use and those with TCM injection. The database of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of sepsis was established through a case-control study of basic western medicine treatment and western medicine combined with TCM use cases. Data analysis was completed to explore the prescription and rules of TCM treatment of sepsis.

纳入标准：

1.年龄范围18-90岁； 2.符合脓毒症3.0诊断标准； 3.回顾性研究仅收集去标识化的信息，不收集受试者个人身份信息，受试者的隐私和身份信息的保密得到保证，研究不利用病人/受试者以前已明确地拒绝利用的医疗记录。申请免除知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range 18-90; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; 3. The retrospective study will only collect de-labeled information and will not collect personally identifiable information of the subjects. The confidentiality of the subjects' privacy and identifying information is guaranteed, and the study will not use medical records that the patient/subject has explicitly refused to use in the past. Apply for exemption from informed consent.

资料严重不全、严重影响观察结果者。
