研究目的：

1.1.1分析影响儿童全麻术后呕吐的高危因素； 1.1.2通过比较不同穴位组以及地塞米松对预防儿童全麻术后呕吐的疗效，评价穴位刺激在干预儿童POV的应用价值，为临床应用提供给理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

1.1.1 Analyze the high-risk factors influencing postoperative vomiting in children after general anesthesia; 1.1.2 By comparing the efficacy of different acupoint groups and dexamethasone in preventing postoperative vomiting in children after general anesthesia, evaluate the application value of acupoint stimulation in the intervention of pediatric postoperative vomiting (POV), and provide theoretical basis for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

年龄（3-12岁），ASA I-II级；无合并心、脑、肝、肾等内科疾病，无胃肠道方面的内外科疾病。无长期阿片类药物用药史。

Inclusion criteria

Age (3-12 years old), ASA I-II grade; no concurrent internal medicine diseases such as heart, brain, liver, and kidney diseases, no internal or external surgical diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. No history of long-term opioid drug use.

排除标准：

无法配合者；穴位处有外伤破损、皮炎或感染者；术前3日内存在呕吐或接受止呕治疗缓解者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who cannot cooperate; those with external injuries, skin damage, dermatitis or infection at the acupoint; those who have experienced vomiting or received antiemetic treatment within 3 days before the operation.

麻醉诱导前选取双侧神门、交感、胃、脾、内分泌，用王不留行籽行耳穴贴压，按摩至有痛感能耐受，术后1小时再次按摩，每日两次按摩，并留至术后24小时

Before anesthesia induction select the bilateral Shenmen sympathetic stomach spleen and endocrine points. Apply the auricular acupoints of Wangbuliuxing Zixing and massage until the pain is tolerable. Repeat the massage one hour after the operation twice a day and keep it until 24 hours after the operation
