研究目的：

近几年，皮肤病已成为新的研究热点，慢性自发性荨麻疹（Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria, CSU）则是皮肤科的常见病种。针刺治疗CSU的机理研究从细胞因子、基因表达和病理形态等多方面不断深入，但仍然缺乏中枢病理改变的有力证据。因此，通过可视化的功能神经影像学技术来进一步挖掘和阐释针刺治疗CSU的中枢机制，将对针刺技术的推广和提高临床疗效有着重要的实用价值。

Objectives of Study：

In recent years, skin diseases have become a new research hotspot. Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) is a common disease in dermatology. The mechanism of acupuncture treatment of CSU has been deepened from many aspects such as cytokines, gene expression and pathological morphology, but there is still a lack of strong evidence for central pathological changes. Therefore, further excavation and interpretation of the central mechanism of acupuncture treatment of CSU through visual functional neuroimaging technology will have important practical value for the promotion of acupuncture technology and the improvement of clinical efficacy.

纳入标准：

（1） 符合《EAACI/GA2LEN/EDF/WAO荨麻疹定义、分类、诊断和治疗指南》和《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中关于“CSU/慢性瘾疹”的诊断标准者； （2） 右利手；18岁≤年龄≤70岁者，接受教育≥6年，男女均可； （3） 7天荨麻疹活动性评分（Urticaria Activity Score 7，UAS7）＞14； （4） 体内无金属植入物，无fMRI扫描禁忌； （5） 进入研究前2周内未用抗组胺药，1个月内未使用类固醇激素及免疫抑制剂药物； （6） 进入研究前3个月未接受针灸治疗、未参加其他正在进行的临床研究者； （7） 签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。 注：同时符合以上7项的患者，方可纳入本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for "CSU/chronic addiction rash" in "EAACI/GA2LEN/EDF/WAO Guidelines for Definition, Classification, Diagnosis and Treatment of Urticaria" and "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Efficacy Criteria for Diseases and Syndrome"; (2) Right-handed; 18 years old ≤ age ≤ 70 years old, education ≥ 6 years, both male and female; (3) 7-day urticaria activity score (Urticaria Activity Score 7, UAS7)>14; (4) There are no metal implants in the body, and there is no contraindication to fMRI scanning; (5) No antihistamines within 2 weeks before entering the study, no steroid hormones and immunosuppressive drugs within 1 month; (6) Those who did not receive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment or participated in other ongoing clinical investigators 3 months before entering the study; (7) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this researcher. Note: Only patients who meet the above 7 items can be included in this study.

排除标准：

（1） 有幽闭性恐怖症等核磁检查禁忌者； （2） 不能理解或记录荨麻疹日记者； （3） 孕妇及哺乳期妇女； （4） 合并心血管、肝、肾、消化、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者； （5） 进展性恶性肿瘤或其它严重消耗性疾病，易合并感染及出血者； （6） 意识不清、不能表达主观不适症状者或精神病患者； （7） 1个月内参加过类似研究者。 注：凡符合上述任何1条的患者，均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with claustrophobia and other contraindications to MRI; (2) Journalists who cannot understand or record the urticaria day; (3) Pregnant women and lactating women; (4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic systems; (5) Progressive malignant tumor or other serious wasting diseases, who are prone to infection and bleeding; (6) Those who are unconscious, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms or mentally ill; (7) Participated in similar researchers within 1 month. Note: All patients who meet any one of the above items will be excluded.

盲法：

由于针刺研究的特殊性导致双盲无法实现，但我们仍需贯彻盲法原则。在整个研究过程中严格实行研究者、操作者和统计者“三分离”。采用独立房间和模拟针具等方式，最大程度对患者施盲。所有患者的扫描参数相同，因此可对操作员实施盲法。疗效评价、数据分析和统计交由不知道分组情况的第三方完成。

Blinding：

Due to the particularity of acupuncture research, double-blinding cannot be achieved, but we still need to implement the principle of blinding. Strictly implement the "three separations" of researchers, operators and statisticians throughout the research process. Use separate rooms and simulated needles to maximize the blindness of patients. The scan parameters were the same for all patients, so the operator could be blinded. Efficacy evaluation, data analysis and statistics were completed by a third party who was unaware of the grouping status.
