研究目的：

本研究围绕中医和西医相结合的科学研究概念，采用中药联合基础刺激康复护理干预方法，从临床层次和水平上，探讨该干预方法对神经失用性肌无力患者运动功能的疗效及其作用机制评估指标，为失用性肌无力患者的临床治疗提供合理可行的中西医结合治疗方案，为药物开发利用提供临床研究基础。

Objectives of Study：

This study revolves around the concept of scientific research combining traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine adopting an intervention method of Chinese medicine with basic stimulation rehabilitation nursing. It explores the clinical level and the efficacy of this intervention method on the motor function of patients with disuse myasthenia well as the evaluation indicators of its mechanism of action. This provides a reasonable and feasible TCM-Western medicine integrated treatment plan for the clinical treatment of patients withuse myasthenia and offers a clinical research foundation for drug development and utilization.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合肌营养不良性肌无力的西医和中医（维吾尔医）诊断标准； ②肌营养不良导致的下肢肌无力患者； ③日常生活功能独立性评定（FIM）量表评分结果≤72分，生活不自理的患者； ④生命体征和病情平稳，意识清楚，能够听懂指令； ⑤未使用影响肌力的药物，无下肢肌肉外伤或局部肌肉疾病的患者； ⑥年龄：3-35岁、性别和病程不限； ⑦知情同意参加本临床实验研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (Uighur medicine) for muscular dystrophy; ②Patients with lower limb weakness caused by muscular dystrophy; ③Patients with a score of ≤72 on the Functional Independence Measure (FIM) scale who are not self-reliant daily life; ④Patients with stable vital signs and condition clear consciousness and the ability to understand instructions; ⑤Patients who have not used drugs that affect muscle and have no lower limb muscle trauma or local muscle diseases; ⑥Age:3-35 years gender and duration of illness are not limited; ⑦Patients who have given informed consent to in this clinical trial.

排除标准：

①不符合纳入标准； ②患有精神疾病、认知障碍或无法配合完成相关治疗和评估者； ③患有严重肺、心、肝、肾等脏器并发症，或患有其他可能影响研究结果的疾病者。 ④对研究中所用中药的任何成分过敏者。 ⑤处于妊娠或哺乳期的女性患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Not meeting the inclusion criteria; ②Suffering from mental illness cognitive impairment or unable to cooperate in completing relevant treatment and assessment; ③Suffering from severe complications of the lung heart liver kidney or other diseases that may affect the study results; ④Allergic to any component of traditional Chinese medicine used in the study; ⑤Female patients who are pregnant or lactating.

采用随机数字表法，将计算机产生的 88 个随机数字隐藏在密封且不透明的信封里，受试者按照入院顺序随机抽取并打开信封，将受试者按照其抽取的随机数字由小到大排序后依次分到：常规康复组（A组）、常规康复+外涂药组（A+B组）、常规康复+外涂药+口服药组（A+B+C组）、常规康复+外涂药+口服药+康复护理组（A+B+C+D组）。

The computer-generated 88 random numbers were concealed in sealed opaque envelopes and the subjects were asked to randomly pick and open the envelopes according the order of admission. The subjects were then ranked according to the size of the random numbers they picked and were divided into four groups:Routine rehabilitation group (Group A)routine rehabilitation + topical administration group(Group A+B) routine rehabilitation + topical administration + oral administration group(Group A+B+C)routine rehabilitation + topical administration + oral administration + basic stimulation rehabilitation care group (Group A+B+C+D).
