研究目的：

研究颊针疗法对下肢骨折患者术后疼痛和切口愈合的影响，为术后提供新的镇痛方法，促进骨科患者术后快速康复。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of buccal needle therapy on postoperative pain and wound healing of patients with lower limb fracture, provide a new analgesia method and promote the rapid recovery of orthopedic patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-79岁 2、ASA I-III级 3、拟行择期下肢骨折内固定患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to79 years 2, ASA I-III grade 3. Patients who planned to undergo elective lower limb fracture surgery

排除标准：

1、合并严重的免疫系统疾病的患者 2、长期服用镇痛药物者 3、术前有精神病史及其药物长期使用史 4、合并严重心、肝、肾、肺疾病 5、合并有其它部位骨折需联合手术患者 6、凝血功能障碍 7、不同意入选或者不同意随访者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe immune system diseases 2, long-term use of analgesic drugs 3. Preoperative psychiatric history and long-term drug use history 4. Severe heart, liver, kidney and lung diseases 5. Patients with other fractures requiring combined surgery 6. Coagulation dysfunction 7, do not agree to be selected or do not agree with the interviewer
