研究目的：

研究比较传统镇痛方式上加用耳穴压豆联合针灸治疗与传统镇痛方式在腰椎管狭窄症术后的有效性、安全性，建立标准化治疗方案

Objectives of Study：

This study compared the effectiveness and safety of traditional analgesia with auricular pressure bean combined with acupuncture and traditional analgesia in the postoperative treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis and established a standardized treatment plan

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）根据病史、体格检查等相关标准明确诊断为腰椎椎管狭窄症；（2）经CT或MRI等影像学检查明确腰椎病变部位，L4-L5，L5-S1；（3）年龄在20-80岁；（4）经保守治疗无效后行UBE手术治疗；（5）患者及其家属详细了解研究内容后签署知情同意书；（6）期间未参加其他临床试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis according to medical history physical examination and other relevant criteria; (2) Identification of lumbar spine lesion location by CT or MRI and other imaging examinations L4-L5 L5-S1; (3) Age 20-80 years old; (4) UBE surgery after ineffective conservative treatment; (5) Patients and their families sign the informed consent form after learning more about the study content; (6) Did not participate in other clinical trials during the period.

排除标准：

（1）合并脊柱肿瘤、脊柱畸形或脊柱结核等其他脊柱疾病；（2）既往脊柱手术史；（3）合并贫血或其它消耗性疾病无法耐受手术；（4）患有精神疾病如精神分裂、药物依赖、躁狂等无法配合；（5）对针灸过敏或晕针；（6）近期30天内接受过针灸理疗；（7）正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other spinal diseases such as spinal tumors spinal deformities or spinal tuberculosis; (2) history of previous spinal surgery; (3) Combined with anemia or other wasting diseases and unable to tolerate surgery; (4) Suffering from mental illness such as schizophrenia drug dependence mania etc. unable to cooperate; (5) Allergy to acupuncture or fainting; (6) Received acupuncture physiotherapy within the last 30 days; (7) Participating in other clinical trials.
