研究目的：

阐释卒中后本体感觉障碍康复过程中针刺诱导的脑响应特征及对关键感觉-运动网络环路的调控机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to elucidate the brain response characteristics induced by acupuncture during the rehabilitation process of post-stroke proprioceptive dysfunction as well as the regulatory mechanism of key sensory-motor network circuits.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

卒中患者： ①符合脑梗死或脑出血诊断标准，病程在3个月以内； ②病灶位于皮质下单侧感觉运动通路； ③有/无患侧肢体本体感觉减退，根据（修正版）诺丁汉感官评估量表评估患者深感觉（位置觉、运动觉）； ④右利手； ⑤年龄35-80岁之间，性别不限； ⑥患者无意识障碍，病情平稳，可理解并配合完成整项试验； ⑦无影响肢体感觉及运动基础疾病，如关节病、关节炎、糖尿病周围神经病变等； ⑧近1月未服用精神类药物。 健康受试者： ①右利手； ②年龄35-80岁之间，性别不限； ③无器质性及显著功能性疾病； ④无任何精神、神经系统家族遗传病史； ⑤试验研究阶段无身体不适（如：感冒、头痛、咳嗽等）；

Inclusion criteria

stroke patients ①Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage with a disease course within 3 months. ②The lesion is located in the subcortical unilateral sensory-motor pathway. ③Presence/absence of proprioception reduction on the affected side evaluated by the (revised) Nottingham Sensory Assessment scale for deep sensation (position sense movement sense). ④Right-handed. ⑤Age between 35 and 80 years with no gender restriction. ⑥No consciousness disturbance stable condition and the ability to understand and cooperate with the entire trial. ⑦No underlying diseases affecting limb sensation and movement such as arthritis joint diseases or diabetic peripheral neuropathy. ⑧No use of psychotropic medications in the past month. healthy people ① Right-handed; ② Aged 35-80 years regardless of gender; ③ No organic or significant functional diseases; ④ No family history of mental or neurological disorders; ⑤ No physical discomfort (e.g. cold headache cough) during the study period.

排除标准：

卒中患者： ①合并心血管、消化、肾脏、血液系统等严重原发性疾病者； ②患者患精神类疾患； ③孕妇、哺乳期及经期妇女； ④严重的头颅解剖结构不对称或有明确其他病变者。 健康受试者： ①月经期女性及孕妇、哺乳期妇女； ②严重头颅解剖结构不对称或有明确其他病变。

Exclusion criteria：

stroke patients ①Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular digestive renal or hematopoietic systems. ②Patients with mental disorders. ③Pregnant lactating or menstruating women. ④Patients with severe asymmetry of cranial anatomy or other definite lesions. healthy people ①Pregnant lactating or menstruating women. ②Patients with severe asymmetry of cranial anatomy or other definite lesions.
