研究目的：

获取SS中医证候专家共识，借助SS注册研究平台及专家资源优势，开展全国多中心聚合交叉研究，探索pSS证候分布及演变规律。同时，针对核心证候，借助蛋白组学、代谢组学，寻找pSS气阴两虚证生物标志物，并扩大样本量予以验证。

Objectives of Study：

To obtain the expert consensus on SS syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and to explore the distribution and evolution of pSS syndromes by means of the SS registration research platform and expert resource advantages and to find the biomarkers of SS Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome by means of proteomics and metabolomics for the core syndromes and to expand the sample size for verification.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合 2016 年美国风湿病学会（ACR）/欧洲抗风湿病联盟（EULAR）制定的 pSS 分类标准； （2）年龄 18-75 岁； （3）患者知情并同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the classification criteria of pSS established by American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2016; (2) aged 18-75 years old; (3) informed consent of patients.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重肝肾疾病、心脑血管、呼吸系统或患有精神疾病或患有糖尿病且血糖控制不佳者； （2）合并血液病、肿瘤以及其他自身免疫性疾病等； （3）患者拒绝参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases respiratory systems or suffering from mental diseases or diabetes and poor blood sugar control; (2) Combined with blood diseases tumors and other autoimmune diseases; (3) The patient refused to participate in the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表由研究者填写，每个入选病例（包括脱落病例）必须完成病例报告表。经过监查员监查后的病例报告表，应由监查员核查签字后，将病例报告表及时送交临床试验数据管理员。移交后病例报告表的内容不再做修改，由数据管理员录入“中国中医风湿病注册研究信息平台”。对于完成的病例报告表在研究者、监查员、数据管理员之间的传递应有专门的记录，记录需妥善保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case report form is to be filled out by the investigator and each selected case (including dropouts) must complete the case report form. The monitor should review the case report form and promptly deliver it to the clinical trial data manager after signing and verifying it. The content of the case report form transferred after delivery is no longer modified. There is a specialized record for the transmission of completed case report forms between investigators monitors and data managers and the record is properly maintained.
