Objectives of Study：

The Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Accelerated Recovery Surgery in Clinical Practice

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.围手术期患者 2.年龄：>18岁 3.美国麻醉医师协会分级（ASA）I 级～III 级

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients in the perioperative period 2. Age: >18 years old 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III

排除标准：

1.术前有严重窦性心动过缓（心率低于50次/分）或窦房结病变，二度或三度房室传导阻滞，装有起搏器者 2.长期服用抗惊厥药、抗抑郁药或其他精神药物 3.对本研究药物或者器材高敏或者过敏者 4.严重的心脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病 5.近3个月内参与过其他临床实验 6.有听觉、语言交流障碍，不能与医师有效沟通 7.妊娠或者哺乳的患者 8.术前存在发热或者感染的患者 9.和危重患者同住或同住病房＞3人的患者 10 有颅内压升高风险、未经控制或控制不佳的高血压 11甲亢

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate lower than 50 beats per minute) or sinoatrial node lesions second or third degree atrioventricular block with pacemaker 2. Patients taking anticonvulsants antidepressants or other psychotropic drugs for a long time 3. Patients with high sensitivity or allergy to the drugs or devices used in this study 4. Patients with severe heart liver or kidney disease 5. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months 6. Patients with hearing and language disorders unable to communicate effectively with the physician 7. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding 10. Patients with fever or infection before surgery 11. Patients who live with critically ill patients or more than 3 people in the same ward 12. Patients at risk of increased intracranial pressure uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension 13. Hyperthyroidism
