研究目的：

1. 探讨气功对社区老年慢性病患者抑郁症状的影响。 2. 分析人际需求（受挫的归属感和感知负担感）和孤独感在气功与抑郁症状之间的中介作用。

Objectives of Study：

The study aimed to examine the effects of Qigong practice on depression in community-dwelling older adults with chronic diseases focusing on the mediation effects of interpersonal needs (thwarted belongingness and perceived burdensomeness) and loneliness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.确诊至少一种慢性病（如高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺病等）； 3.能够独立或在辅助下完成基本日常活动； 4.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥60 years old; 2. Diagnosed with at least one chronic disease (such as hypertension diabetes coronary heart disease chronic obstructive pulmonary disease etc.); 3. Able to complete basic daily activities independently or with assistance. 4. Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知障碍； 2.近期（6个月内）接受过重大手术或急性疾病； 3.已长期练习气功或太极拳（可能影响干预效果评估）； 4.行动不便，无法参与集体训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from severe cognitive impairment; 2.Have undergone major surgery or acute illness in the recent 6 months. 3.They have been practicing Qigong or Tai Chi for a long time (which may affect the evaluation of the intervention effect); 4.Due to limited mobility the individual is unable to participate in group training.
