研究目的：

（1）探究指针推拿法对GAD患者的治疗作用，为临床治疗GAD提供疗效可观、应用方便的新方法。 （2）探究GAD患者代谢组学的变化，探讨指针推拿法对GAD患者机体代谢的影响，为临床诊疗提供新的理论基础。 （3）揭示“从气调神”指针推拿法所调控的代谢特征谱

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the therapeutic effect of pointer massage on GAD patients and provide a new method for clinical treatment of GAD with considerable efficacy and convenient application. (2) To explore the changes of metabolomics in GAD patients and explore the influence of pointer massage on the body metabolism of GAD patients providing a new theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. (3) Reveal the metabolic characteristic spectrum regulated by the "regulating God from Qi" pointer massage method

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1）干预组采用指针推拿法： ①患者仰卧位，松解裤带，露出气海、关元穴，将治疗巾平铺于施术部位；施术者坐于患者右侧，使用食、中、无名指，中指指端吸定于气海，余两指自然放置，顺时针旋转点按，以力量深透，患者舒适为度，约100次/min，用时约5min；同法操作于关元穴20min。点按天枢穴2min；摩腹约1min；搓摩两胁由上至下3遍。 ②按揉百会、揉太阳、按五经，用时约4min。拿肩井，点按风池约3min。 ③治疗过程中引导患者腹式呼吸，采用鼻吸口呼，吸气时腹部微微鼓起，呼气时会阴区及整个腹部微微用力回收，如此反复操作，意不间断。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1) The intervention group adopted the pointer massage method: ① The patient is supine loosen the belt expose the Qi sea and Guanyuan point and lay the treatment towel on the operative site; The surgeon sat on the right side of the patient used the food middle and ring fingers the middle finger tip of the middle finger to inhale the qi sea the remaining two fingers were placed naturally rotated clockwise and pressed with the depth of strength and the comfort of the patient as the degree about 100 times /min which took about 5min; Apply the same method to Guanyuan point for 20min. Press Tianshu point for 2min; Abdominal massage for about 1min; Rub both sides from top to bottom three times. ② It takes about 4min to knead Baihui knead the sun and press the Five Classics. Hold the shoulder well and press the wind pond for about 3min. (3) During the treatment the patient is guided to abdominal breathing using nasal suction and oral exhalation the abdomen slightly bulked up when inhaling and the perineal area and the entire abdomen slightly vigorously recovered when exhaling so repeated operation meaning uninterrupted.

纳入标准：

诊断标准 （1）中医诊断标准 主要参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》及“十三五”规划第十版《中医内科学》教材，肝气郁结型郁证的诊断标准如下： 1）主因长期情志不畅，气机郁滞所致； 2）主症：忧郁不畅，精神不振，情绪不宁； 3）次症：胸闷胁胀，嗳气，善太息，不思饮食，失眠多梦，易怒善哭； 4）舌脉：舌淡苔薄白，脉弦。 满足主症及次症均≥2项，且具有相应的舌脉象即可诊断。 （2）西医诊断标准 依据美国《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》（DSM-V）中关于GAD的诊断标准： 1）对工作或生活中发生的事和活动等表现出过度的担心和焦虑，至少6个月以上； 2）自己难以控制这种焦虑或担心的情绪； 3）以下症状中最少存在三种：①感到烦躁不安、激动或持续紧张；②易疲劳；③难以集中注意力；④易激惹；⑤肌肉紧张；⑥睡眠障碍； 4）以上症状会使患者产生临床意义上的痛苦，或其他社会功能方面的损害； 5）以上症状不能因药物、毒品或其他躯体疾病所引起； 6）以上症状不能用其他精神障碍来解释。 1.1.4纳入标准 （1）符合中医诊断标准 （2）符合西医诊断标准 （3）汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分，14分≤HAMA评分≤29分； （4）焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分：50分≤SAS＜70分； （5）18岁≤年龄≤60岁，男女不限； （6）治疗前4周未服用任何抗焦虑药或其他精神类药物，未接受其他相关治疗； （7）自愿配合完成治疗及研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnostic criteria (1) TCM diagnostic criteria Mainly referring to the "Criteria for the Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases" and the textbook of the tenth edition of the "13th Five-Year Plan" the diagnostic criteria of liver-qi stagnation depression are as follows: 1) Mainly due to long-term mood is not smooth qi qi stagnation caused; 2) Main symptoms: depression lack of spirit restless mood; 3) Secondary symptoms: chest tightness and distension belching good breathing not thinking about food and drink insomnia and dreams irritability and crying; 4) Tongue and pulse: thin white tongue pulse string. Meet the main and secondary symptoms are ≥2 items and have the corresponding tongue and pulse image can be diagnosed. (2) Western diagnostic criteria According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) diagnostic criteria for GAD: 1) showing excessive worry and anxiety about work or life events and activities for at least 6 months; 2) They have difficulty controlling this anxiety or worry; 3) At least three of the following symptoms are present: (1) Feeling irritable agitated or constantly nervous; ② Easy to fatigue; Difficulty concentrating; ④ easy to provoke; ⑤ Muscle tension; ⑥ Sleep disorders; 4) The above symptoms will cause the patient to produce clinical pain or other social function impairment; 5) The above symptoms cannot be caused by drugs drugs or other physical diseases; 6) The above symptoms cannot be explained by other mental disorders. 1.1.4 Inclusion criteria (1) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine (2) In line with Western diagnostic standards (3) Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score 14 ≤HAMA score ≤29; (4) Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score: 50 ≤SAS < 70; (5) 18 years old ≤ age ≤60 years old male and female; (6) did not take any anti-anxiety drugs or other psychotropic drugs for 4 weeks prior to treatment and did not receive other related treatment; (7) Voluntarily cooperate to complete treatment and research and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准 （1）排除甲状腺机能亢进、高血压、冠心病等躯体疾病的继发性焦虑； （2）排除兴奋药物过量，催眠镇静药物，或抗焦虑药的戒断反应，强迫症、恐惧症、疑心病、神经衰弱、躁狂症、抑郁症，或精神分裂症伴发的焦虑； （3）孕期或哺乳期妇女； （4）严重的皮肤病患者或施术局部有严重破损者； （5）对治疗不能耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (1) Exclude secondary anxiety of hyperthyroidism hypertension coronary heart disease and other physical diseases; (2) exclusion of stimulant overdose hypnotic sedation or antianxiety withdrawal obsessive-compulsive disorder phobia paranoia neurasthenia mania depression or anxiety associated with schizophrenia; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with serious skin diseases or patients with serious damage in the surgical area; (5) Patients who are not able to tolerate treatment.
