研究目的：

以平和体质健康人群为对照，采用宏基因组学和代谢组学研究方法，通过相关分析，识别与低动力症状相关的阳虚体质特征功能菌群及代谢通路,初步揭示阳虚体质易发抑郁症低动力症状的“微生物-肠-脑”轴调控机制,为从调理体质入手防治抑郁症低动力症状提供新的思路。

Objectives of Study：

Taking the healthy people with mild constitution as the control, we identify the functional flora and metabolic pathways of Yang deficiency constitution related to low dynamic symptoms by using metagenomics and metabonomics research methods, and preliminarily reveal the "microbiological gut brain" axis regulation mechanism of Yang deficiency constitution prone to depression low dynamic symptoms, which provides a new idea for preventing and treating depression low dynamic symptoms from regulating constitution.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）汉族，年龄18～60周岁，男女不限； （2）符合平和体质/阳虚体质判定标准的单纯体质或兼夹体质者； （3）17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）评分＜7分； （4）阳虚体质者中偏肾阳不足者； （5）常规体检正常或无其他明确疾病诊断； （6）近2年在京居住； （7）知晓并理解本研究的内容，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Han nationality, aged from 18 to 60 years old, male or female; (2) Those with simple constitution or combined constitution that meet the criteria of mild constitution / yang deficiency constitution; (3) 17 items Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score < 7; (4) Among those with Yang deficiency constitution, those with kidney yang deficiency; (5) Normal routine physical examination or no other clear disease diagnosis; (6) Living in Beijing in recent 2 years; (7) Know and understand the contents of this study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）兼夹其他体质超过两种者； （2）特殊的兼夹体质者：平和体质与阳虚体质倾向、气郁体质倾向兼夹，阳虚体质与气郁体质兼夹； （3）近1个月内应用过糖皮质激素、抗生素、微生态调节剂、胃肠动力药者； （4）在筛选前1个月内参加过其他药物临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with more than two other constitutions; (2) Special dual Constitution: mild constitution and yang deficiency constitution tendency, qi depression constitution tendency, Yang deficiency constitution and qi depression constitution; (3) Those who have used glucocorticoids, antibiotics, microecological regulators and gastrointestinal motility drugs in the past month; (4) Those who participated in clinical research of other drugs within 1 month before screening.
