研究目的：

分析膝骨性关节炎力敏腧穴的客观特征；验证针刺力敏腧穴治疗膝骨关节炎的临床优势，为临床治疗提供客观且优化的诊疗方案；基于代谢组学及16s rRNA测序方法探索针刺力敏腧穴治疗膝骨性关节炎的可能作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the objective characteristics of force sensitive acupoints in knee osteoarthritis; Verify the clinical advantages of acupuncture on acupoints sensitive to force in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and provide objective and optimized diagnosis and treatment plans for clinical treatment; Exploring the possible mechanism of acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis using metabolomics and 16s rRNA sequencing methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

疾病组：a.符合膝骨性关节炎诊断标准，单侧或双侧，如双侧选取较严重的一侧。 b.年龄≧18岁。 c.髌上囊最大积液深度≧2mm。 d.近2周内未接受与膝骨性关节炎相关的治疗。 e.能提供详细的联络方式。 f.自愿签署Ⅰ符合健康志愿者标准。 健康组：a.年龄≧18岁。 b.自愿参加临床研究，并签署知同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

a. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis, unilateral or bilateral. If bilateral, select the more severe side. b. Age ≥ 18 years old. c. The maximum depth of fluid accumulation in the suprapatellar sac is ≥ 2mm. d. Not receiving any treatment related to knee osteoarthritis in the past 2 weeks. e. Can provide detailed contact information. f. Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

疾病组：a.处于妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 b.长期使用非甾体抗炎药、激素治疗患者。 c.有明显膝关节内外翻畸形。 d.心、肾、肺、脑、肝等严重原发性疾病及精神类疾病患者。 e.不符合纳入标准，或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。 f.在高发穴区探查到的力敏腧穴个数<5。 健康组：a.处于妊娠或哺乳期妇女。 b.不符合纳入标准，或资料不全等影响判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Pregnant or lactating women. b. Long term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and hormone therapy for patients. c. There is obvious medial and lateral knee joint deformity. d. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, kidney, lung, brain, liver, and psychiatric disorders. e. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria or have incomplete information that affects the efficacy or safety assessment. f. The number of force sensitive acupoints detected in high-risk areas is less than 5.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由不参加临床研究的人员产生采用SPSS26.0软件生成患者的随机序列号，将患者按1:1比例随机分配至力敏针刺组与传统针刺组。打印带有随机序列号及分组信息的卡片装入密封不透光的信封，患者就诊时随机抽取信封，按信封内的分组信息进行相应的分组以及治疗。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The researchers used SPSS 26.0 software to generate random sequence numbers for 6 patients and randomly assigned them to the force sensitive acupuncture group and the traditional acupuncture group in a 1:1 ratio. Print cards with random serial numbers and grouping information and place them in sealed opaque envelopes. Patients are randomly selected from the envelopes during their visits and grouped and treated according to the grouping information inside the envelopes
