研究目的：

评价加味七白散中药湿敷治疗黄褐斑的有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of modified Qibai San herbal medicine wet compress in the treatment of melasma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

取白术300g、白芷300g、白及300g、白蔹300g、白牵牛300g、白芍300g、白僵蚕300g、白附子150g、珍珠粉150g、煇桃仁150g、绿豆150g、茯苓300g、红花100g、白蒺藜150g、当归150g，将上述药材研成粉末（过800目筛）制成加味七白散。用温水清洁面部，拭干水分，后去枕仰卧位，头轻度后仰，将加味七白散10ｇ用牛奶调成糊状，涂于面部成膜，厚度约0.5cm，并加盖保鲜膜（事先将双眼、鼻及唇部挖孔）约30min，30min后除去保鲜膜，将中药面膜清除并用清水洁面。隔天外敷1次，15次为一疗程，共3个疗程。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Take 300g of Atractylodes macrocephala 300g of Angelica dahurica 300g of Atractylodes macrocephala 300g of Atractylodes macrocephala 300g of Paeonia lactiflora 300g of Beauveria bassiana 150g of Aconitum carmichaelii 150g of pearl powder 150g of peach kernels 150g of mung beans 300g of Poria cocos 100g of safflower 150g of Tribulus terrestris and 150g of Angelica sinensis. Grind the above herbs into powder (sieve through 800 mesh) to make a modified seven white powder. Clean the face with warm water dry the water remove the pillow from the supine position slightly lean back mix 10g of Jiawei Qibai Powder into a paste with milk apply it on the face to form a film with a thickness of about 0.5cm and cover it with a preservative film (dig holes in the eyes nose and lips in advance) for about 30min remove the preservative film after 30min remove the traditional Chinese medicine facial mask and clean the face with clean water. Apply once every other day with 15 times as one course of treatment for a total of 3 cou

纳入标准：

1: 符合《临床诊疗指南-皮肤病与性病分册》、《黄褐斑的临床诊断和疗效标准》及《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中黄褐斑中西医诊断标准的患者 2: 年龄介于18-60岁的女性患者 3: 患者同意签署知情同意书，自愿服从随机分组治疗，能够按照要求完成治疗及随访 4: 患者在入组前3个月，未进行过与本病相关的各种治疗

Inclusion criteria

1: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for melasma in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine 2: Female patients aged between 18-60 years old 3: The patient agrees to sign an informed consent form voluntarily submits to randomized treatment and is able to complete treatment and follow-up as required 4: The patient did not receive any treatment related to this disease in the three months prior to enrollment

排除标准：

1: 其他由器质性疾病（如额部褐青色痣、Riehl黑变病及色素性光化性扁平苔癣等）引起的色素沉着者 2: 治疗过程中因各种原因需长期暴露在日光下的患者 3: 妊娠或哺乳期妇女 4: 患有其他面部皮肤病、严重器质性病变及精神病患者

由独立的药剂师采用区组随机化方法进行随机分配。首先确定区组长度，并根据区组长度制定分配方案。将不同分配方案分别放于密封不透光的信封里。并在信封表面编号。从随机字表中获得随机数字，采用余数法确定分配方案。
