研究目的：

评价芍麻止痉颗粒治疗儿童抽动障碍的安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Shaoma Zhijing granule in the treatment of tic disorder in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合儿童抽动障碍，包括Tourette综合征、慢性抽动障碍西医诊断标准； 2.中医辨证属肝亢风动、痰火内扰证者； 3.年龄≥5周岁，且≤18周岁，性别不限； 4.患儿的监护人同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书，同时≥8周岁的患儿需共同签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for tic disorder in children, including Tourette syndrome and chronic tic disorder; 2.TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the syndrome of liver hyperactivity, wind movement and internal disturbance of phlegm and fire; 3.Age ≥ 5 years old and ≤ 18 years old, regardless of gender; 4.The guardians of the children agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. At the same time, the children ≥ 8 years old need to sign the informed consent form together.

排除标准：

1.合并有心、脑、肝、肾或造血系统等严重疾病；心电图检查经研究者评估异常有临床意义的患儿； 2.肝肾功能异常（ALT或AST≥正常值上限1.2倍，Cr＞正常值上限）； 3.筛选时已经明确诊断为抑郁症、精神分裂症的患儿； 4.筛选前2周内规律使用过治疗儿童抽动障碍的中西药物； 5.对芍麻止痉颗粒及所含成分过敏的患儿； 6.研究者认为不适宜参加该临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system; Children with clinically significant ECG abnormalities assessed by the investigator; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT or AST ≥ 1.2 times the upper limit of normal value, Cr > the upper limit of normal value); 3. Children who have been clearly diagnosed as depression and schizophrenia at the time of screening; 4. Chinese and Western drugs regularly used for the treatment of tic disorder in children within the first two weeks of screening; 5. Children allergic to Shaoma Zhijing granule and its components; 6. The researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in the clinical trial.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

系统用户创建：EDC系统管理员根据研究者、监查员、稽查员、数据管理员等不同角色，分别创建不同账号，依据用户使用人的不同角色设定相应的权限。 数据库设计：eCRF将根据方案要求来建立，由数据库设计师在EDC系统中构建。 数据库的验证：EDC系统正式上线前，需对eCRF录入界面进行检查和测试，检查包括以下内容： ①验证eCRF录入界面是否满足临床试验方案数据采集的要求。 ②验证数据库中变量名、变量属性、长度定义是否符合要求。 ③验证Edit-check在系统逻辑核查是否符合数据核查计划要求。 数据录入：由研究者或经研究者授权的人员完成数据的在线录入。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

System user creation: EDC system administrator creates different accounts according to different roles such as researcher, supervisor, inspector and data administrator, and sets corresponding permissions according to different roles of users. Database design: ECRF will be established according to the requirements of the scheme and built by the database designer in the EDC system. Database verification: before the EDC system is officially launched, the ECRF input interface needs to be checked and tested. The inspection includes the following contents: ① Verify whether the ECRF input interface meets the requirements of data collection of clinical trial scheme. ② Verify whether the variable name, variable attribute and length definition in the database meet the requirements. ③ Verify whether edit check meets the requirements of data verification plan in system logic verification. Data entry: the researcher or the person authorized by the researcher completes the online data entry.
