研究目的：

1. 从24式太极拳中提炼和选择出对慢性非特异颈痛功能疗效显著的典型动作，组合成一套针对性强、匹配度高、简单易学实用、老少皆宜的颈部疼痛康复太极拳套路。 2. 观察24式太极拳中部分动作和牵引两种不同方式的干预下，24式太极拳在改善颈部疼痛、关节活动度、颈椎生理曲度及功能障碍等方面是否优于牵引。

Objectives of Study：

1.Extract and select the typical movements with significant functional effects on chronic non-specific neck pain from 24-style Taijiquan and combine them into a set of targeted highly matched simple easy to learn and practical and suitable for all ages. 2.To observe whether 24-style Tai Chi is superior to traction in improving neck pain joint mobility cervical physiological curvature and dysfunction under the intervention of partial movements and traction in 24-style Tai Chi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性特异性颈痛的诊断标准：持续或反复发作超过3个月的疼痛； 2. 18岁以上且不超过70岁； 3.既往未学习过24式太极拳或太极拳的患者； 4.自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Conform to the diagnostic criteria of chronic specific neck pain : persistent or recurrent pain for more than 3 months ; 2.Over 18 years old and no more than 70 years old ; 3.Patients who have not learned 24-style Taijiquan or Taijiquan before ; 4. Those who voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重心脑血管疾病、心律失常、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、重要脏器功能障碍者； 2.月经期、妊娠期妇女； 3.颈椎有脱位、骨折、感染、结核、肿瘤等； 4.皮肤过敏或有其他严重皮肤疾病者； 5.其他神经损伤性疾病者； 6.重大精神疾病、认知障碍等无法配合者； 7.拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases arrhythmia blood system diseases malignant tumors important organ dysfunction ; 2. Menstrual period pregnant women ; 3.Cervical dislocation fracture infection tuberculosis tumor etc. ; 4.Patients with skin allergy or other serious skin diseases ; 5.Other nerve injury diseases ; 6.Patients with major mental illness cognitive impairment and other inability to cooperate ; 7.Refusing to sign the informed consent.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由一名与本研究无关的人员采用随机数字表生成分配序列，并将患者随机分入两组：试验组采取24式太极拳中部分动作配合中频脉冲干扰电治疗；对照组采用牵引配合中频脉冲干扰电治疗。由于治疗的特殊性，很难实现对操作者和受试者进行双盲，故本实验仅对受试对象设盲。受试者并不知道自身分组情况与所采取的干预手段，仅实验者了解，并且所有治疗均由一名治疗师进行。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A random number table was used to generate the distribution sequence by a person unrelated to this study and the patients were randomly divided into two groups : the experimental group was treated with part of the action in 24-style Tai Chi combined with intermediate frequency pulse interference electrotherapy ; the control group was treated with traction combined with intermediate frequency pulse interference electrotherapy. Due to the particularity of the treatment it is difficult to achieve double-blind for the operator and the subject so this experiment only set the subjects blind. The subjects were not aware of their own grouping and the interventions taken only the experimenter knew and all treatments were performed by a therapist.
