研究目的：

本课题选用以常规康复训练作为对照，治疗组在此基础上加入针刺治疗为关键环节。经过 4 周的治疗，通过AOFAS踝与后足评分系统得分、VAS疼痛评分、踝关节肿胀程度和踝关节活动度（AROM）比较，来评估针刺治疗联合常规康复方法的有效性及安全性，目前临床上采用两种疗法联合治疗方案未见报道。本次研究在探索有效、便捷、科学的锻炼方法，丰富距腓前韧带损伤重建术后患者的治疗手段，在指导和治疗过程中，患者在一定程度上了解甚至掌握了疾病的发作及治疗规律，极大提高患者参与度与积极性，提高临床疗效。同时，通过整体调节改善患者踝周力量从而达到了治疗疾病的远期效果，降疾病复发率，中西医两种方法的结合治疗该病的有效性和安全性，值得临床推广。

Objectives of Study：

In this study conventional rehabilitation training was used as the control group and acupuncture treatment was added as the key step on this basis in the treatment group. After 4 weeks of treatment the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation methods were evaluated by comparing the scores of AOFAS ankle and hind foot scoring system VAS pain score ankle joint swelling degree and ankle joint range of motion (AROM). Currently there are no reports on the use of a combination therapy of the two therapies in clinical practice. This study aims to explore effective convenient and scientific exercise methods to enrich the treatment options for patients with anterior talofibular ligament injury reconstruction surgery. During the guidance and treatment process patients have to some extent understood and even mastered the onset and treatment rules of the disease greatly improving patient participation and enthusiasm and enhancing clinical efficacy. At the same time by improving the ankle strength of patients through overall regulation the long-term effect of treating the disease has been achieved reducing the recurrence rate of the disease. The effectiveness and safety of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating this disease are worthy of clinical promotion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①明确诊断距腓前韧带损伤，影像学资料证明距腓前韧带存在或 III 型、IV 型损伤或 II 型损伤伴随有明显的临床症状； ②受伤前患肢功能正常，属于急性损伤未治疗或保守治疗无效； ③符合距腓前韧带损伤重建手术适应症，无手术相关禁忌症； ④年龄大于 15 岁且小于 65 岁； ⑤患者无精神方面疾病，可正常的交流与沟通能力，能配合治疗； ⑥同意在我科完成距腓前韧带损伤重建手术，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Clear diagnosis of anterior talofibular ligament injury imaging data proving the presence of type III IV injury or type II injury accompanied by obvious clinical symptoms; ② The affected limb had normal function before the injury which belongs to acute injury that has not been treated or conservative treatment is ineffective; ③ Complies with the indications for reconstruction surgery of anterior cruciate ligament injury with no surgical contraindications; ④ Age greater than 15 years old and less than 65 years old; ⑤ The patient has no mental illness can communicate and interact normally and can cooperate with treatment; ⑥ Agree to undergo reconstruction surgery for anterior talofibular ligament injury in our department and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①年龄小于 15 岁或大于 65 岁患者； ②距腓前韧带损伤为 I 型，合并踝关节骨折，踝关节多发韧带损伤的患者； ③合并严重的心、脑、肺等较多基础疾病，无法耐受麻醉以及手术创伤的患者； ④伴有开放性骨折、病理性骨折或伴有严重神经、血管及软组织损伤者； ⑤存在其他身体原因，术后不能进行练功疗法康复的患者； ⑥术后感染、不愈合者。

① Patients under 15 years old or over 65 years old; ② Patients with type I anterior cruciate ligament injury combined with ankle fractures and multiple ankle ligament injuries; ③ Patients with severe underlying diseases such as heart brain and lung who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgical trauma; ④ Patients with open fractures pathological fractures or severe nerve vascular and soft tissue injuries; ⑤ Patients who have other physical reasons and cannot undergo training therapy for rehabilitation afte
