研究目的：

本研究旨在系统探讨健身气功对结直肠癌患者盆底功能障碍改善、情绪调节和生活质量提升的潜在作用与机制，为该方法在肿瘤康复领域的应用提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to systematically investigate the potential effects and underlying mechanisms of Health Qigong on improving pelvic floor dysfunction regulating emotions and enhancing quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer in order to provide scientific evidence for its application in the field of cancer rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）受试者符合结直肠癌诊断标准。 （2）年龄：18-75岁之间的结直肠癌患者。 （3）开始干预后存活期预计≥12个月。 （4）本人及家属能够理解并配合本次实验同时自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The participants must meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer. (2) Age: Patients with colorectal cancer between 18 and 75 years old. (3) An estimated survival time of ≥12 months after the start of the intervention. (4) The participant and their family members are able to understand and cooperate with the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有严重脑功能疾病、心血管疾病以及其他重大疾病患者。 （2）正在参与其他临床试验者。 （3）在过去的24周，经常参加有规律体育活动者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe brain dysfunction cardiovascular diseases or other major illnesses. (2) Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials. (3) Individuals who have regularly participated in structured physical activities in the past 24 weeks.
