研究目的：

本研究旨在通过对比试验研究，明确“少阳主骨”理论指导下的针灸处方对原发性骨质疏松症患者的临床症状、骨代谢指标的改善作用，对比以“少阳主骨”和“肾主骨”为理论基础的两种治疗方案的疗效差异，以期为临床针灸治疗骨质疏松症提供科学、客观的依据，积极开拓中医临床诊疗的思路与优势，对临床治疗骨质疏松症提供多元化、行之有效的优势治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to clarify the improvement of clinical symptoms and bone metabolism indexes of primary osteoporosis patients by acupuncture and moxibustion prescription under the guidance ofShaoyang mainstay bone theory through comparative experimental study, in order to provide scientific and objective basis for clinical treatment of osteoporosis with acupuncture and moxibustion, the therapeutic effects of the two therapeutic schemes based on the theory of“Shaoyang mainly bones” and“Kidney mainly bones” were compared, to develop the thinking and superiority of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , and to provide diversified and effective superiority treatment for osteoporosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①年龄 50 至 70 岁，男女不限；②符合骨质疏松症的判定标准；③没有器质性病变、精神病、传染病或发热者；④能够耐受并接受针灸治疗者；⑤病人知情同意，愿意配合各项工作。

Inclusion criteria

①Age: 50-70 years, male or female; ②Meets the criteria for osteoporosis; ③Does not have organic disease, mental illness, infectious disease or fever;④ Can tolerate and accept acupuncture treatment; ⑤Patient's informed consent, willing to cooperate with all work.

排除标准：

①年龄小于50 岁及大于70 岁者；②不符合骨质疏松症的诊断标准者；③有器质性病变、精神病、传染病或发热者；④继发性骨质疏松症者，过去3个月内接受激素和其它影响骨代谢的药物治疗者；⑤不能够耐受或接受针灸治疗者；⑥未获得知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

①those under 50 years old and over 70 years old;②those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis;③ those who have organic diseases, psychosis, infectious diseases or fever; those who have secondary osteoporosis; ④Those who have received hormone and other drugs affecting bone metabolism in the past 3 months; ⑤those who can not tolerate or receive acupuncture treatment; ⑤ those who have not obtained informed consent.
