研究目的：

探索穴位磁疗对于育龄期PCOS女性代谢、内分泌和生殖系统疗效作用

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the therapeutic effects of acupoint magnetic therapy on metabolism endocrine and reproductive system in women with PCOS of childbearing age.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄22～42岁。 2）符合辨证标准和PCOS诊断标准。 3）自愿参与本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 22~42 years old. 2) Meet the syndrome differentiation criteria and PCOS diagnostic criteria. 3) Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）合并有心、肾、肝等重要脏器的严重疾病及认知障碍、精神疾病者。 2）合并有除PCOS外其他内分泌疾病(如甲状腺疾病、高泌乳素血症、肾上腺肿瘤等)及生殖器官器质性病变者。 3）近12周内使用过激素类药物或影响生殖内分泌及代谢的药物者。 4）近12周内进行过与PCOS相关的药物或补充治疗(包含:针灸、中药、中成药及其他补充替代医学疗法)。 5）正在参加或一个月内参加过其他临床试验的受试者。 6）妊娠期、哺乳期女性。 7）受试者依从性差或不能定期随诊。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with serious diseases of important organs such as heart kidney liver cognitive impairment and mental illness. 2) Patients with other endocrine diseases (such as thyroid disease hyperprolactinemia adrenal tumors etc.) and organic lesions of reproductive organs in addition to PCOS. 3) Those who have used hormone drugs or drugs that affect reproductive endocrine and metabolism in the past 12 weeks. 4) PCOS-related drugs or complementary treatments (including: acupuncture traditional Chinese medicine Chinese patent medicine and other complementary alternative medicine therapies) in the past 12 weeks. 5) Subjects who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within one month. 6) Pregnant and lactating women. 7) Subjects had poor compliance or could not follow up regularly.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本试验采用随机数字表法，按照受试者入选的先后顺序进行治疗组别的分配。符合纳入标准的140例PCOS患者，根据纳入顺序的序号，会随机获取相应纳入序号的密封不透 明的信封。密封信封内装入由Excel表格随机生成的1-140的随机数字和分组类别。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this trial a random number table method was used to allocate treatment groups according to the order in which subjects were selected. The 140 PCOS patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly obtained in a sealed opaque envelope with the corresponding inclusion number according to the serial number of the inclusion sequence. The sealed envelope is filled with random numbers from 1-140 randomly generated by an Excel spreadsheet and grouping categories.

盲法：

实施疗效评价者、穴位磁疗操作者及统计人员三者分离。对患者、疗效评价及统计分析人员施盲。患者在入组前被告知有均等的机会被分配到穴位磁疗组和假穴位磁疗组，两组患者分别在不同的房间进行治疗,避免两组患者见面或进行交流，以免破盲。且需对患者进行盲法评估，数据管理人员、统计人员以及收集各种评分数据的采访者并不知情不同编号的患者参与的实验分组情况。

Blinding：

The efficacy evaluators acupoint magnetotherapy operators and statisticians were separated. Blinding of patients efficacy evaluators and statistical analysts. Patients were told that they had an equal chance of being assigned to the acupoint magnetotherapy group and the sham acupoint magnetotherapy group before enrollment and the two groups of patients were treated in different rooms so as to avoid meeting or communicating with the two groups of patients to avoid breaking blindness. Patients were blinded and data managers statisticians and interviewers collecting data on various scores were not aware of the grouping of patients with different numbers.
