研究目的：

肩周炎是我科常见病、多发病。考虑现有物理疗法疗效限制及副作用，越来越多的肩周炎患者开始选择其他替代疗法来治疗本病。近十余年来，国内开展了大量中药结合针灸治疗肩周炎的临床研究，但尚未筛选出专门用于治疗肩周炎的高效中药方剂，因此通过本课题研究可为使用西医治疗效果欠佳或副作用大的的肩周炎患者，选择中药结合电针作为主要的替代疗法提供一定的科学依据，进一步证明解凝舒肩汤结合电针治疗寒湿痹阻型肩周炎的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Shoulder periarthritis is a common and frequently occurring disease in our department. Considering the limitations and side effects of existing physical therapies more and more patients with shoulder periarthritis are choosing alternative therapies to treat the disease. In recent ten years a large number of clinical studies on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion have been carried out in China but no efficient Chinese medicine prescriptions specifically used for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder have been screened. Therefore this research project can provide some scientific basis for the use of Western medicine to treat patients with periarthritis of shoulder with poor effect or large side effects and choose Chinese medicine combined with electroacupuncture as the main alternative therapy further proving the effectiveness and safety of Jiening Shushou Decoction combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of cold dampness arthralgia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合诊断标准；②年龄40-70岁之间、性别不限；③均符合影像学明确病变；④既往无肩周炎病史; ⑤入组前1个月未给予肩周炎药物等治疗; ⑥同意并签署知情同意书者。 注：同时符合上述5项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets diagnostic criteria; ② Age between 40-70 years old gender not limited; ③ Confirm the lesion through group imaging; ④ No history of shoulder periarthritis in the past; ⑤ Not receiving medication or other treatments for shoulder periarthritis in the month prior to enrollment; ⑥ Those who agree and sign the informed consent form. Note: Only patients who meet the above 5 criteria can be included in this study.

排除标准：

①经影像学检查明确有骨质病变；②伴糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、肝、肾、心、精神病等严重基础疾病者；③存在颈椎病，或肩袖损伤，或风湿性疾病等所致肩痛者；④治疗依从性差，难以配合疼痛康复治疗；⑤近期正参与其他临床研究项目者。 注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Confirmed bone lesions through imaging examination; ② Patients with diabetes malignant tumor liver kidney heart psychosis and other serious basic diseases; ③ Patients with shoulder pain caused by cervical spondylosis rotator cuff injury or rheumatic diseases; ④ Poor treatment compliance and difficulty in cooperating with pain rehabilitation treatment; ⑤ I am currently participating in other clinical research projects. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded.
