研究目的：

研究湿证UC免疫组库、肠道菌群及其代谢物特征，提取高支持度交叉组学特征，构建湿证UC交叉组学模型，阐释湿证UC的生物学基础； 进行对交叉组学特征验证及交叉组学异常导致UC的机制研究。凝练湿邪致UC的可能生物学模式及发生机制。

Objectives of Study：

To study the characteristics of the immunomics, intestinal flora and its metabolites in UC with dampness, extract cross-omics characteristics of supportive evidence,construct a cross-omics model of UC with dampness, and explain the biological basis of UC with dampness;To verify the cross-omics characteristics and study the mechanism of cross-omics abnormalities leading to UC. Condensed the possible biological mechanism of UC caused by dampness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）无异常临床表现的健康志愿者；或者符合UC（左半结肠型，活动期，轻度）湿证与其他非湿证候患者诊断标准； （2）年龄在18-70 岁之间； （3）近一周未服用抗生素、类固醇等激素、中草药制剂（包括口服和静脉注射）、微生态制剂或酸奶等益生菌； （4）患者签署知情同意书并愿意接受相应检查和治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Healthy volunteers with no abnormal clinical manifestations; or those who meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with UC (left colon type, active, mild) dampness pattern and other non-damp syndromes; (2) Age between 18-70 years old; (3) Not taking antibiotics, steroids and other hormones, Chinese herbal medicine preparations (including oral and intravenous injection), probiotics such as probiotics or yogurt in the past week; (4) The patient signed the informed consent and was willing to accept the corresponding examination and treatment.

排除标准：

（1）伴有严重的心、肝、肾等主要脏器病变、造血系统、神经系统或精神疾病等患者； （2）合并有其他消化系统器质性病变(如消化性溃疡)，或有影响消化道动力的全身疾病(例如:甲亢、糖尿病）； （3）正在或需要持续使用可能影响胃肠道功能药物(止泻剂、抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药、肠道菌群调节药、抗生素等)者； （4）有研究所用的相关药物过敏史及严重食物过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases, hematopoietic system, nervous system or mental diseases; (2) Combined with other organic diseases of the digestive system (such as peptic ulcer), or systemic diseases that affect the motility of the digestive tract (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes); (3) Those who are using or need to continue to use drugs that may affect gastrointestinal function (antidiarrheals, antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, intestinal flora regulators, antibiotics, etc.); (4) Those who have a history of allergy to related drugs used in the study and a history of severe food allergy.
