研究目的：

采用前瞻、随机、平行、阳性对照的研究方法，观察非感染性葡萄膜炎患者采用病证结合治疗前后其客观检查及主观症状的变化情况，从而明确中医病证结合治疗对非感染性葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Prospective, randomized, parallel, positive-controlled research methods were used to observe the changes of objective examination and subjective symptoms in patients with non-infectious uveitis before and after treatment with disease-syndrome combination, so as to clarify the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combination therapy on non-infectious uveitis. Clinical efficacy of inflammation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-65岁。 （2）凡符合非感染性葡萄膜炎诊断标准，并符合中医证型为热毒入络者，均可纳入试验。 （3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-65 years old. (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of non-infectious uveitis and meet the TCM syndrome type of heat toxin entering the collaterals can be included in the trial. (3) Understand and have the ability to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并全身病如糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、风湿病等目前情况不稳定 （2）合并感染性眼病、角膜营养不良等角膜病变、眼外伤及2周内曾行眼部手术的患者。 （3）排除脾胃虚弱不适宜长期使用寒凉药物者。 （4）伴有肝、肾功能不全及精神病患者。 （5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, rheumatism, etc. (2) Patients with concomitant infectious eye disease, corneal dystrophy and other corneal diseases, eye trauma, and patients who have undergone eye surgery within 2 weeks. (3) Those with weak spleen and stomach are not suitable for long-term use of cold and cooling drugs. (4) Patients with liver and renal insufficiency and mental illness. (5) Pregnant or lactating women.
